Home description
Our home is a four bedroom , two bathroom fully air-conditioned Villa , with a spacious and comfortable living/dining area hosting cable TV with over 200 channels ,free wireless internet , a HI-FI system and DVD player. In the kitchen we have all the utensils and crockery you require, with a nook for breakfast. If you have to wash and iron we have provided free of charge a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron and ironing board.
We also have for your enjoyment a garage/games room consisting of American Pool and Air- Hokey, we have a fantastic patio/pool area with its own large private screened heated pool with toddler pool attached and our new Hot-Tub/ Spa for 4 people, with an aray of sunloungers and chairs for your relaxation.
All the rooms in our villa are furnished in the floridian style to luxury standard, you are asked to provide your own cot linen and beach towels.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is mainly a very watery state with hundreds of lakes , it is home to the Aligator and fresh water crocodile, these are mainly found in the south in the everglades. Around the local area , we are situated in a quite community surrounded by woodland and lakes ideal for fishing,only five minutes drive away is the Walmart super store on HWY 192 near to the Medievil Times Diner theme this is a must do , there are a multitude of Restaurants and fast food outlets such as McDonalds . we are only 15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney Magic Kingdom , Sea world and Epcot theme parks also close to all other Major theme Parks , One hour drive away is the Kennedy Space Centre this is a must see and do , great for all ages . The climate in Florida has two seasons wet and dry warm all year round ,average Temprature about 82% , ideal to go to the Beach , one hour drive away to the East coast to CO-CO beach for quite relaxiation to saok up the Rays , and the west side only One hour drive is Tampa Bay in the Mexican Gulf superb area for fishing and water sports.

Kissimmee, WOW where do we start , there is so much to see and do in Kissimmee here are a few things that we think is of use to you . Running through the heart is the hwy 192 where there is a multitude of shopping , restaurants , bars , fast food outlets , Helicopter rides , Air boat rides , Crazy golf , Banks , There is also Old Town Kissimmee where the young and old can enjoy the Sixties Era , including modern rides for the kids, only 15 minutes drive from our home is the walt Disney Magic Kingdom , and near to all other theme parks such as Sea World Animal Kingdom, Epcot , MGM Studios ,and Universal Studios , Wet and Wild ,Blizard Beach , The Ripley Experience
