The accommodation includes 6 Bedrooms, Three Living Rooms, Dining Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Laundry Room. The 2 Master Bedrooms are en-suite 2 Double Bedrooms and Two Twin Bedded Rooms share 2 Bathrooms each. The furniture within the villa is of top quality to ensure guest comfort at all times.
Another feature of the villa is the Large Deck Area with a 30ft heated pool and hot tub, ample poolside loungers and tables and stunning views over the spring fed lake and island. The lake have been restocked and fishing is available immediately outside your villa.

Lake Berkley Resort is situated a short distance to the south east of Walt Disney World. This is a small, newer, gated community that comes with volley ball, basket ball, tennis courts and its very own private club house! Should you wish time away from the attractions.
How to get there
DIRECTIONS TO LAKE BERKLEY RESORT FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
After leaving the car rental collection point (you will come out onto the airport inner ring road) you will need to get into the right hand lane to leave the airport by the South Exit. Take the SOUTH Exit. Signed 417 Toll, Disney, Kissimmee. Carry straight on for approx 5 miles, take a right turn onto the 417 Toll, Central Florida Greeneway South, South to I4, Tampa, Disney , 417 is a Toll Road. Keep on this road. Approximately 2 miles to 1st Toll Plaza ($1)IGNORE Exit 11 for Kissimmee and continue for approximately 7 miles to 2nd Toll Plaza ($1) After approximately 1 mile turn off at EXIT 6. Signed International Drive. Carry straight on at the 1st set of traffic lights signed Highway 535. There is a large pink hotel on your right (Caribe Royalle) – after this you will need to be in one of the 2 left lanes. Turn left at this set of lights onto Highway 535 - the hotel on this junction is Lake Buena Vista Suites. Carry on south for approx 1 mile on Highway 535 through 2 sets of lights and then get into right hand lane and turn right at next set of lights into Poinciana Blvd. Carry on for another 1+ miles when you will come to the next set of lights (this is Highway 192) with Camping World on your right, Perkins & Ramada Inn on the 2 corners opposite. Proceed straight on through the lights and you will still be on Poinciana Blvd. Shortly afterwards the 2 lanes merge into single lane. (Long Term Road Works) Keep straight on, past the Fire Station on your right, until you see a set of Traffic Lights about 1 mile. Move into the central road markings to turn left at lights. Having turned left into Oren Brown Road (no road name visible) proceed for approx 0.5 mile and turn right into N. Roma Way (signed Happimag). The entrance to Lake Berkley is down on the right hand side about 1/4 mile. It is a gated community and you will need our letter of authority to register with the security guard who will give you a pass for the duration of your stay.
