About the home

Designed from the build stage to be the very best of the best, this 4 bedroom all en-suite Villa has been designed with holidaymakers in mind.

All bedrooms have full en-suite facilities, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, large living area, formal dining area, butlers pantry, games room, internet access,intercom music system, large pool and spa, all on a gated resort community with a 6700sq ft Grand Clubhouse.

Outside the large 26x13' pool and spa is heated and sits on an extended, and screened deck area. The covered lanai includes a summer grill BBQ, lanai speakers and power outlet.

Very comfortable, a fantastic place to relax and chill after a busy day at the parks, or on one of the local golf courses!

All attractions are within a few miles, the 192 is less than 1 minute from the entrance and the Super Walmart is approximately 100 metres from the Resort entrance.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Orlando is best known for Disney World, its year round tropical climate and all things American!!
As the number of visitors have grown, so have the number of things you can do, there are now so many golf courses, you could play a different one every week and you could eat in a different restaurant every night!
It's a great place for both family Disney holidays or just for a relaxing holiday in the sun and sitting by the pool!!

The Kissimmee / Bellavida Resort area

The Villa is located on the Bellavida Resort in Kissimmee, less than one minute to the 192. Kissimmee is the closest location to all the main theme parks including Disney World attractions, Sea World and Universal. Air boats, Gatorland and Old Town are all nearby, the large Super Walmart is on the doorstep (100 metres from the entrance to the resort) and there are dozens of shopping outlets and local restaurants ranging from budget through to the fine dining.

Everything is on your doorstep, including a Super Walmart 100 metres away!!

The fantastic views out of the bedroom windows of the scenery (every home has swaying Palm Trees)
