Cumbrian Lakes, when you feel like a change of scenery, just a short drive takes you to every conceivable amenity. Just minutes away you will find Supermarkets, Shopping Malls with stores of every description, Amusement Centres, Cinemas, Restaurants, Fast Food outlets, everything to keep the whole family entertained. As if all of these attractions are not enough, just a 15 minute drive takes you to the worlds most famous pleasure resort..."Disney World"..need we say more! - Our home was completed in January 2005, and is tastefully decorated and furnished to create a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. It is fully equipped with everything that our guests will require for the perfect holiday experience.
Our villa has four Luxury Bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, also a cot is available for use. The Master bedroom has walk in dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with WC, bath, walk in shower and twin vanity basins. The Family Bathroom is equipped with WC, bath, over bath shower, and vanity basin.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Orlando has theme parks, world-class shopping and various other attractions, while Kissimmee provides thrills like water parks in a more low-key hometown setting. Florida, otherwise known as "The Sunshine State", has temperatures above 70 degress for most of the year.
Kissimmee / Cumbrian Lakes area
Orlando Kissimmee is a great location for a family holiday, with easy access to Florida's big attractions - Disney World, Busch Gardens and Universal Studios. There are also rides through the Florida Everglades and plenty of children-friendly activities to keep everyone happy. The area has some excellent beaches, amongst them Clearwater Beach and Daytona Beach.
How to get there
Cumbrian lakes is easily accessible from either airport MCO International or Sanford Airport.

Further details indoors: The kitchen area is fully equipped with quality appliances: Large American style fridge/freezer with automatic icemaker, fully automatic large electric cooker, microwave, and dishwasher, the ample cupboard space contains all necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils. - The laundry area boasts a large top loading washing machine, powerful tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The open plan living room and dining area is decorated and furnished in a typical bright contemporary style. Relax on one of the two comfortable settees and admire the views through the rear patio doors, which give access to the pool area, or navigate the numerous channels available on the cable TV system. A large six setting dining room suite provides ample space for indoor family dining; a high chair is also available for your use.
Further details outdoors: Heated outdoor swimming pool with separate jacuzzi. The pool deck has 2 sunloungers, table and chairs. There is also an external shower, and a separate room with toilet and wash basin. The pool also has the option of a child barrier screen. To the font of the villa there is ample space for parking of two vehicles in addition to the double garage.

This is a gated community and all security codes will be given before departure. Keys will be made available from lock-up box.
Conditions
Terms and conditions.
Contract of rental. The rental contract shall be between the clients and the property owners. They shall be deemed to be made subject to these conditions of rental. The contract of rental is not effective until the client receives a written confirmation of booking.
Initial Payment. Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment and the signed booking form. However if the booking is made within two months of the rental period then the full amount of rental will be required on booking.
Security Deposit. Upon arrival the property Management Company will request details of the clients valid credit card. Clients must agree that these details may be used as security against any breakage's, losses, damage, excess cleaning costs, long distance telephone calls etc. These details will be destroyed subject to a satisfactory inspection by the property Management Company.
Deposit Payment. A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required with completed booking form.
Balance Payment. The balance of the rental costs will be required no later than 6 weeks prior to commencement of rental period.
Cancellations. Where the owners receive written conformation of cancellation not less than 10 weeks prior to commencement of rental period, then only the deposit will be forfeit. In the event of cancellation less than 10 weeks prior to commencement of rental period, the following charges will apply: 8-10 weeks prior to rental period...50% of total rental costs. Less than 8 weeks prior to rental period...100% of total rental costs.
All cancellations must be made in writing at the earliest opportunity.
