Jasmine Villa is located in Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee, which is a very spacious, quiet friendly neighbourhood, that is an ideal location for not just theme parks and golf, but also for airboat rides, horse riding, fishing etc.. The very spacious villa is air conditioned and furnished to a high standard, with all the facilities that you require for an excellent holiday inc. High Speed Internet access. As well as the 3 bedrooms, there are 2 lounges, a formal dining area, a spare room, a large games room (with Pool & Air Hockey tables as well as other games) and a laundry room with a washer & dryer. Ample bedding, towels, hair dryers and top quality patio furniture are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The excellent pool is fully screened and is very quiet, due to having no properties directly behind the villa. Additional facilities provided for guests convenience are a full size cot (own bedding required) and a high chair. The telephone is provided with free local calls & overseas/long distance calls can be made cheaply with readily available phone cards.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Disney World is the most famous Orlando area attraction with Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot & Animal Kingdom but there are also two fantastic Disney water Parks (Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach) as well as Downtown Disney, with all its shops & restaurants. There is then Universal Studios & Universals Islands of Adventure close by as well as Sea World & Discovery Cove (where you can swim with the dolphins) that are just a few minutes away. For something different, there is Kennedy Space centre on the East coast where you might even see a shuttle launch, and then along the Coast there are some fantastic beaches including Cocoa Beach with the 24hr Ron Jon surf shop! From Jasmine Villa it's also easy to drive to the west (Gulf) coast, again to excellent beaches but also Tampa, where there is the Busch Gardens theme park. With Florida known as the Sunshine State average daily temperatures are consistently over 20deg. C from April to November, with typical highs of over 30deg. C. from May to September inclusive.
Kissimmee / Crescent Lakes area
As well as all the the major Theme Parks and attractions there are Airboat rides on local lakes to see Alligators in there natural habitat as well as lots of other wild life. The area is known for its many Golf courses and at 'Celebration' (Walt Disneys own town!) electric golf carts are a common form of transport! Close to Jasmine Villa there are riding stables as well as a Petting Farm and many other attractions like helicopter rides, hot air baloon rides, crazy golf courses, kart tracks, etc. etc. In 'Old Town' Kissimmee there are Classic car & motorcycle shows every week together with unusal shops & thrilling rides (not a usual fair ground!)
How to get there
Fly to either Orlando International or Sanford Florida Airports. Sanford is just over a 1hour drive, but is generally much quicker through immigration & collecting hire cars, that time wise there is little to choose between them - go for the one that you can get the best UK departure/cost for! For Sanford try Thomson (inc. Birmingham, Doncaster/Sheffield etc.), Fly Globe (Scotland), First Choice (inc. Bristol), My travel, Monarch & Travel City Direct (Gatwick & Manchester). For Orlando International most Schedule Airlines use this route inc. Virgin (Manchester & Gatwick) & BA. The drive from either Airport is very easy with the majority of the distance being covered on Highway 417. For car hire Dollar.co.uk are always competitive & their Platinum rate can be best as it covers 1 tank of fuel as well as additional drivers and prevents any local charges. Your only additional cost is to refuel the car!

Further details indoors: The main lounge, all bedrooms and the games room are all fitted with ceiling fans for extra comfort. The spacious master bedroom has a UK King size bed,patio doors opening onto the lanai and a large walk-in wardrobe complete with safe (for guests use). The en-suite has 'his and hers' sinks together with a large walk-in shower and a separate WC. Bedroom 2, with a full size bed (UK double) dolphin theme & a large wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, Nemo theme & a large wardrobe. The main bathroom has WC sink & bath with shower over and an access door opening onto the Lanai/patio area. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, juicer, coffee maker etc. The kitchen is accessible from both lounges with a breakfast bar overlooking the main lounge. The main lounge has high quality sofas with TV (cable), DVD, VCR & music centre, with a patio door out onto the pool lanai area. The second lounge has 2 Sofas with one being a large sofa bed. This spacious 2nd lounge also has a patio door opening out onto the pool lanai area. The 2nd lounge also opens out into the formal dining area. The Games room (new for 2007) has Pool & (electronic) Air Hockey tables together with a music centre, board games, plenty of chairs & a table, for plenty of fun!! The utility room has a large washing machine and a separate tumble drier for guests use.
Further details outdoors: Jasmine Villa is located on a large plot, making the private pool the ideal place for family relaxation. The lanai (patio) is very large, with a large area covered, so that there is plenty of space for sunbathing as well as shading from the sun! There is plenty of high quality patio furniture for guests use and BBQ's are available for hire from our local Management Company, that are to be used on the large lawned area outside the lanai/pool cage. Pool heating (recommended Nov. to April inc.) can be booked in advance or at the time of your holiday, through our Management Company.
