There are 4 double bedroom, 3 bathrooms and also a vanity area with washbasin on the first floor. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a super kingsize bed, bathroom with jacuzzi bath, telephone and cable T.V. The junior master bedroom is upstairs and has a queensize bed, bathroom and cable T.V. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth has 2 twin beds. All rooms are airconditioned and also have ceiling fans. There is everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Ideal for a family and also very relaxing for couples. There are many restaurants close by and Wal-marts is approx 1 mile from the village.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
All Disney attractions a short drive away. Fabulous shopping outlets with great bargains to be had for all the family. The East Coast has some lovely beaches and is not too far to travel. It's a good idea to take a packed lunch when visiting theme parks as this will save money especially if there are children to cater for. Restaurants are inexpensive and good value.There are so many nearby you will be spoiled for choice. Walmarts is just a mile away - a great place to shop for literally everything.
Kissimmee / Venetian Bay Villages area
After you have visited the theme parks you can still go to Downtown Disney which is free to park the car and a lovely walk in the early evening. There are many discount booklets to pick up in shopping malls and they can also be found at the clubhouse. If you don't want to take the car to Disney there is a minibus service from Venetian Bay. Details of this can be found at the clubhouse. The nearest golf course is Kissimmee Golf Club which is only 3 miles away and is very reasonably priced. Clubs can also be hired from there.
How to get there
Approx 40 mins from Sanford airport and 20 mins from Orlando airport. Charter flights, eg. Travelcity, Mytravel, Thomson all fly into Sanford. Virgin fly into Orlando. Alamo, Dollar, Avis are reasonably priced for hiring a car.

Further details indoors: Venetian Bay village is situated just off the 192. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful area of the village but is in easy reach of all facilities. All 4 pool areas have a children's playground and also picnic areas have barbeques. The large main pool by the clubhouse is heated. There is use of the internet in the clubhouse. After a hard day shopping or visiting the theme parks, it is lovely to relax at home or have a stroll round the village before going to bed.
Further details outdoors: There are parking spaces at the front of the house and also a small patio area. The nearest pool is just a few yards away and is often deserted during the day as most people are at the theme parks.
