The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in all rooms. A Master King bedroom with corner roman bath and walk in shower, a Queen Master with en-suite, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have cable TV and built in wardrobes. There is a spacious lounge with cable TV and a fabulous view of the pool and lake, a dining room, luxury kitchen with all the extra upgrades (microwave, fridge freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee percolator, juicer, garbage disposal unit, laundry area). A full size games room with air hockey table, playstation 2, basketball game etc. plus a wide selection of DVDs. The villa is fitted with FREE Wireless High speed Internet. Further details indoors: Our home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. It has many upgrades throughout with the executive furniture being of a high quality. We have one lounge and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have 100 channel TVs, some have DVD players. A new games room with pool table, air hockey and playstation. We have a King Master En-suite, Queen Master ensuite, 1 spacious Double bedroom and two twin rooms, plus a additional bathroom. There is a dining area, a luxury fitted kitchen. All linen and towels are provided with plenty of spare linen, extra pillows and blankets. We also provide irons, highchair, travel cot, baby bath seat, hairdryers in all bathrooms. You should want for nothing it is truly a home from home. Our villa is a non smoking villa.
Further details outdoors: Lake Berkley resort is a private gated community with 24 hour security guard at the gate to greet you. It comprises a children’s play area, tennis courts, basketball area, a clubhouse with cyber cafe, games room, fitness centre and communal pool and hot tub. There is a nature trail around the main Lake and a private beach with gazebo. There are also 2 stocked fishing Lakes. The resort is set back behind the 192 but close to a 24 hour Wal-mart and 400 local shops and restaurants. Discount designer shopping outlets close by. Many Golf courses in locality
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except outside in pool area. Full payment including refundable security deposit is required 10 weeks prior to departure. The applicant must notify any Additions, or alterations, to the booking form in writing. We have the right to cancel the booking or refuse the alteration. Numbers using the villa will be checked by the management company and if not in coherence with the booking form you will be asked to leave and all monies forfeited. Applicants canceling up to 10 weeks before departure will lose their deposit. Applicants canceling less than 10 week before their departure will be liable for the total cost of their booking.
