The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, walk in closet and en suite consisting of jacuzzi bath, walk in shower , his and hers vanity sinks and separate toilet, two double bedrooms with queen size beds one bedroom being on the ground floor level and two further bedrooms with two twin beds in each on the first floor, all bedding and towels are provided with two hairdryers. We also have a travel cot, high chair, push chair, and a double blow up bed for your use should you need it.

The home includes a dedicated games room consisting of a custom made snooker pool table inside the home, In the garage we have Gym equipment consisting of a Multi gym, Nordictrac lcd screen ellipical and bike equipment with work out programs auto fans also a football table,games, dartboards,Ping pong table a full size barbecue, three adult and two Children's bicycles, these are located in the garage with cable tv. Tv/dvds and play station two with games are included for your familys total entertainment. We have Cable Broadband with a Hewlet packard computor/ tv so you can keep intouch with friends and family

The Kissimmee / Crescent Lakes area

Our villa is within easy reach of over 10 different golf courses (all within a 15 minute car ride) and many nature reserves, lakes and walks and it is also situated near WalMart for all of the everyday shopping and it is also only 50 minutes away from the nearest beach.

Communal facilities at Crescent Lakes include children's' play areas, basketball and volley ball courts, purpose built BBQ area and a 24 hour security patrol for your added peace of mind.

“RENT THIS VILLA FOR A FABULOUS HOLIDAY” I stayed her with 5 other family members and had a fantastic holiday. The Villa was spotless inside and out. The pool and jacuzzi area with a secluded lakeside view were worth every penny alone. The Villa has all the comforts of home and more... The location is excellent for Disney, 15 mins drive away from all the parks and just far enough away to be lovely and quiet. I would recommend this Villa to anyone that asks. There were absolutely no negative points to our rental and can't thanks the owners enough. I will definitely try to rent this same Villa again when we return to Florida. Thanks again from the Etchells family.

“An amazing large spacious well situated Villa full of homely luxuries with a lovely Pool and Jacuzzi!!” Just wanted to say a big thanks for letting us rent this wonderfully equipped Villa. I travelled with our family of 3 and another family of 3 and we all enjoyed the homely facilities within the house which is a large and inviting Villa in a lovely quiet housing development. The location is as the advert claimed, just a short distance from the 192, Disney and the I4 main road, which made it excellent for getting around. The home has everything any family will need and we especially liked the pool and jacuzzi area which is well needed after a busy day at the parks, beach or mall!! I will definitely be looking to rebook here and would recommend anyone who wants a larger type villa with matching pool to book this Villa as there was no aspect that didn't live up to our expectations. Thanks again and I'll be rebooking soon. Duncan.

“Ideal for family” The property is a short drive from all the attractions but is in a nice, quiet area. It was lovely being able jump in the private pool after a long day at the parks. The children spent most of the time in the property either in the pool or on the playstation. The rooms are large. Having a first floor lounge was great for me as I could lay on the sofa and read whilst I waited for my youngest to go to sleep in her room.
