Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2 storey villa is a delight in itself - but it also has the added benefit of its own private pool and hottub. Imagine after spending a hectic day at the Parks coming home, chasing the kids to bed and slipping into the hottub for a nice leisurely soak - delightful. Our spacious 2250 sq. ft. villa has an open plan kitchen, breakfast, living and dining room area with vaulted ceilings. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor - 2 of them having king size beds and en suite bathrooms and the third having bunkbeds. . The larger of the master bedroom suites has a sliding door out to patio area. The master bathroom has a walk in closet, double sinks in the vanity area and a separate shower and garden bathtub. Upstairs is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have closets and drawers.There are t.v.s in all the bedrooms. The living area has alarmed (which is great for child safety) sliding doors out to patio, pool and hottub area. There is also a bathroom that has access to patio area - so u dont have to traipse thru the house to use loo ( this door is also alarmed). There is a 2 car garage.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Kissimmee is known for being the home of Walt Disney World - but it also hosts a lot of other places of interest. The town of Celebration is a different World in itself. (I will add more when I get a chance)
Kissimmee / Windsor Palms area
Windsor Palms is a great resort with a lot of amenities. Renting our villa allows you to use all the facilities at Windsor Palms.There is a huge swimming pool, a kiddies pool, a playground, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The clubhouse has pool, ping pong and different games to entertain all. There is a 50 seater movie theatre.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Rates given include 13% Florida tax.
There is a 50 pound cleaning fee charged when booking is less than 2 weeks.
Pool and spa heat (rec. in winter months) is an additional 60 pound per week.
On arrival to Orlando you will go to management company to pick up keys and they will place a $500 in U.S.D. security deposit on your credit card - which is refunded once there are no damages.
I will require a 150 pound per week booking deposit and balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
There is a 100 pound administration fee for all cancellations.
