Home description
Our villa is situated in the popular community of Indian Point, which is about 15 minutes drive from Disney and close to the other vast array of attractions that Florida has to offer. It is the perfect place to relax by the pool, or come back to after a day at the theme parks.
We have tried to create a home from home atmosphere with everything we think you will need to make your holiday that bit more enjoyable. Apart from the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi, you may wish to cool off inside the fully air-conditioned house.

Kissimmee / Indian Point area
Kissimmee is located very close to all the major theme parks, but is only an hours drive away from the beautiful coast.
How to get there
Our villa is in a quiet community called Indian Point, which is situated just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. It’s accessible from the 192 on Poinciana Boulevard. It is 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 1 hour away from Sanford Airport (SFB).
The community has it's own communal tennis courts, pool and a children’s play area and is a very popular location for villa vacations.
This area offers very quick and easy access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and all major theme parks, restaurants and shops.
You will find a wide choice of Golf Courses and Lakes for fishing all on your door step.
Visit Kennedy Space Centre or the beaches of Daytona and Cocoa Beach on the east coast just an hours drive away.
The Gulf coast beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg on the West Coast are under 2 hours away .

An open plan lounge with very comfortable furniture. There is a large digital cable TV, a video, DVD player, stereo system and free WiFi internet connection.
A large master bedroom with a superb en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The room has a King size bed and a Digital Cable TV/Video and DVD.
A second bedroom containing a Queen size bed with Digital Cable TV/DVD.
A third bedroom containing 2 single beds with Digital Cable TV/DVD.
There is also a fourth bedroom containing a bunk bed and a single bed with Digital Cable TV/DVD, and there is a second bathroom.
Leading on from the lounge is the dining area with a large table that seats eight.
A well equipped kitchen that includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and waste disposal. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumbler dryer.
The villa also has a large double garage.
From the lounge you walk out onto the covered patio area that houses the Jacuzzi and opens out onto the swimming pool where there is variety of outdoor furniture that will ensure that you can top up your tan. The pool area is fully screened to keep out any unwanted insects.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
A £100 per week (non refundable) deposit is required to book the house, with the remaining balance and security deposit due 10 weeks before arrival. Any bookings made less than 10 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Pool heating is available for £80 per week, although this is usually only needed during the winter months.
A returnable security deposit of £150 is required, which will be returned upon a satisfactory inspection of the villa after your stay.
