Situated on a larger than standard fenced plot in a peaceful gated community called Cumbrian Lakes in Kissimmee.Enjoy relaxing by the pool/jacuzzi or under the lanai if you prefer less sun or sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake.The villa is executive classification and features 6 bedrooms all with TV/DVD combos and 41/2 bathrooms, 3 of which are en suite. All rooms are beautifully furnished and air conditioned for that perfect night's sleep after a long day at Disney/shopping/golf etc.The Games Room has a slate bed pool table/darts/air hockey and table tennis.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida has everything you could wish for in a holiday destination, there is something for everyone regardless of age. The climate attracts people from around the world, and it lives up to its name the Sunshine State! Although from October until April you may want the pool heated! The major attractions Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach & Speedway are all close by.
The area has several golf courses, fishing, tennis, Medieval times. Boating and there is a Horse World located just 2 minutes away where you can hire a Pony or Horse. There is also a small petting farm there as well. Close by there are some lovely nature walks. Airboat and helicopter rides are also available.
Kissimmee / Cumbrian Lakes area
Cumbrian Lakes is a prestigious gated community just off Poinciana Boulevard and the 192, conveniently placed only minutes away from all the tourist attractions and amenities, yet private secluded and peaceful. Cumbrian Lakes resort has everything you would expect from a quality holiday location. The resort has several lakes, fountains with walking, jogging and cycling trails in this Conservation area. There is also a well designed recreational area for children near the entrance to the resort.

Change dates after confirmation admin. fee $50 Cleaning charge of $125 for rentals less than 1 week Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to check in date, the guest will forfeit the full cost of the reservation.
