Our luxury 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath villa is situated in the exclusive, secure gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Set in a prime position backing onto a conservation area (over 200 acres) not overlooked, secluded and peaceful.
Conveniently situated just off 192 and all it amenities. It is within minutes of two 24hr Wal-Mart Supermarkets, a vast array of wonderful restaurants, outlet stores, malls, crazy golf, golf courses and much more.
Disney World is only 10 minutes away, Sea World 15 minutes and Universal
20 minutes, Cocoa Beach 45 minutes and the beautiful Gulf Coast, with its golden sandy beaches is only 90 minutes away.
The community facilities include a children's play area, soccer pitch with nets, lakes for fishing and scenic paths to take a leisurely stroll to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Ideally located in one of the most sought after areas only 10 mins to Walt Disney World and within minutes of a 24hr Wal-Mart, a vast array of stores, outlet malls and restaurants. The estates facilities include a children's play area, soccer pitch with goal posts and nets, lakes for fishing and scenic path to take a leisurely stroll around the lake and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. For the golfing enthusiasts there are many golf courses (Falcon ’s Fire, Remington and Kissimmee Golf Club) all offer high quality facilities to enjoy in the all year round sunshine.

Just got back from this lovely villa where we spent a wonderful two weeks. The owners have made this feel just like home, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. From the extended pool deck with comfy sunbeds and chairs, to the well equipped kitchen, fantastic games room and comprehensive TV package, we all enjoyed our time at 'Raccoon's Retreat'. This villa is in a perfect location for all the Disney parks around 20 minutes drive away, and the attractions of Highway 192 are a mere 5 minutes up the road. Handy for Wal-mart too for stocking up! Very happy to recommend this villa and would certainly book it again. Thanks to John & Barbara for the late check out which gave us an extra day of sunshine and relaxation before our flight back to the UK. Response: Thank you for the nice review. John and Barbara |
