About the home

This large three story house is situated on the golfing community of Reunion. With over 3250 sq ft of space the house boasts three large bedrooms and a study with sofa bed in the main house and then a further double room with en-suite in a separate condo within the house. All the bedrooms have large flat screen TV’s in them. There is a lift in the house to the second and third floor. On the third floor there is a games room with seating area, TV, DVD, music system and a full bar all overlooking the golf course.

Outside the pool and spa area is South facing with plenty of outside furniture, covered lanai and large BBQ. The views from the property are of across the golf course.

The condo within the main house has a queen size bed in, a sofabed, 50" flat screen TV, dining area, en-suite shower room and a self contained kitchen area.

There is a w.c on the first floor and one on the 3rd floor.

There is a lift in the property to the second and third floor.

One of the bedrooms in the main house is a study with a sofa bed in which overlooks the pool.

Fly into either Orlando International or Sandford Airport, either is only a short drive away. Spoilt for choice as to which airline to use from most places in the world. I suggest you go to expedia.co.uk and seek out the cheapest option but we regularly fly with Virgin direct from Manchester (UK) for £400 or less - dependent on season of course.

As for car hire, we can help. Please ask for a quote, telling us the size of car you require, number of drivers, etc. and we will get you the best possible price we can.

Don't want to drive? No problem we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken directly to the villa. You could be in the pool 30 minutes after touchdown!

Finding the place? It is easy to find but in any case I will send you detailed instructions as to how to find the villa, also how to get from there to the various parks, etc.
