About the home

This luxury 5 bedroom Villa is located within the gated community of Windsor Hills. This two storey home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, downstairs you will find three bedrooms, a Master bedroom with a King size bed and en-suite, a Queen bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with en-suite. Upstairs there is the further two bedrooms, one of which has a Queen size bed and the other has Twin beds and a further 2 bathrooms. The home has a well-equipped games room including a pool table, air hockey and a foosball table. To keep the family entertained there is also a 50" TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's and a Playstation 2. All 5 of the bedrooms have a TV and two also have a DVD player. The Villa has free Wi-Fi, a telephone with free local calls and a safe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including washing machine and clothes dryer and there is a dining area.
The pool is East facing and is not overlooked at the back, it also has a spa and is screened. There is also a lanai to relax and dine under after a day in the parks.

The ground floor master suite has a king-size bed, large en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Two further bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a queen-size bed and ensuite and the twin bedded "Mickey Mouse" room with bathroom just next door.
On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms, one King-size bed and one safari-themed twin room both with adjoining bathrooms.
There are 20" cable Televisions in each bedroom.

Further details outdoors:
After a long day at the parks why not have a dip in the 28' x 14' pool or chill-out in the spa. There are plenty of chairs and loungers around the pool for you sun-worshipers, and a covered lanai if you want to stay in the shade. The pool overlooks open space with no rear neighbours and there is a child safety fence fitted.

Windsor Hills is a gated community, manned 24/7, located within the heart of Orlando's premier tourist attractions. This community features impressive amenities including a community centre complete with a large lagoon styled swimming pool with water slide and separate toddler pool, a movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop, basketball and tennis courts.
Windsor Hills is located along Old Lake Wilson Road, adjacent to US 192 in Kissimmee's tourist corridor with it's Restaurants, Shops and attractions. It lies just 2 miles from I-4 and is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Downtown Disney, and several outlet shopping malls.

Fly into either Orlando International or Sandford Airport, either is only a short drive away. Spoilt for choice as to which airline to use from most places in the world. I suggest you go to expedia.co.uk and seek out the cheapest option but we regularly fly with Virgin direct from Manchester (UK) for £400 or less - dependent on season of course.

As for car hire, we can help. Please ask for a quote, telling us the size of car you require, number of drivers, etc. and we will get you the best possible price we can.

Don't want to drive? No problem we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken directly to the villa. You could be in the pool 30 minutes after touchdown!

Finding the place? It is easy to find but in any case I will send you detailed instructions as to how to find the villa, also how to get from there to the various parks, etc.
