A perfect location for your family vacation to Disney. It is situated in Kissimmee and just 10 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom. Less than half the distance to Disney, compared to Davenport, Haines City or Clermont.

Calabria is a quiet community within easy access to the express way 192, I4 & the US27. Extremely convenient to take you to nearby shops and restaurants, Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland and Florida's amazing beaches! I'm sorry you did not take the time to understand how the pool safety alarm works. We explained repeatedly how to work the alarm, my manager came over to show you how to work the alarm, yet you still could not seem to follow the very simple instructions. The police were called because you set off the alarm and would not turn it off. The pool safety alarm is a mandated protection feature to keep young children safe when there is an attached pool. To exit to the pool area you must press the button prior to opening the door and then you have 7 seconds to exit the house and close the door. If you do not press the button ( which is located well above a child's reach), then the alarm will sound. The same procedure applies when returning to the house, you must press the button high on the house prior to opening the door. You cannot leave the door open and eat outside. While this safety feature might not apply to your family, our home is visited by many families with young children and they must be protected. I am not pleased that you downgraded my review because you did not want a safety feature designed to keep children safe. The alarm is very simple, press a button--open the door--enter or exit--close the door. I understand your concern that your daughter saw a scary insect outside but I really cannot control the bugs and insects outside. We can keep the house sprayed every month to ensure no outside insects intrude into the house. The pool enclosure has screens completely surrounding the outside patio and pool. Next time just step on the bug or leave it alone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lee (the owner) a message.

If Lee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
