There's nothing quite like coming home to the comfort of your own luxury villa after a day at the parks, beach, partaking in leisure pursuits or shopping. Wake up to take a leisurely dip in your own private heated pool and breakfast al fresco. Pick your own fruit fresh from the trees in the garden (oct - apr) - florida pink grapefruit, juice oranges to sip whilst gazing into the woods and lemons for homemade lemonade (or g&t!) End the day with a relaxing massage in the fabulous 59 jet Jacuzzi Hot Tub whilst the kids indulge in a game of table tennis, pool or enjoy one of the many Ps2 games. This home is visited at least twice a year by the owner to monitor and maintain standards, video & photos are regularly updated to reflect changes and give an accurate impression of how the villa is presented.

Both Master bedrooms have kingsize beds, direct access to the pool patio's, 32" HDTV's with ipod docking, walk in closets and are en-suite. There are two twin rooms both with cable TV's, one is Disney themed, the other can easily be made into a third kingsize bedroom. All beds have luxury pillow top matresses. The spacious TV and family rooms offer ample comfortable seating, a huge selection of games and books, PlayStation 2 with games including Guitar Hero, a 3CD music centre, Games room with Table Tennis/Ping Pong, Pool, Rollercade & Electronic darts, Selection of games suitable for small children. FREE Broadband Internet access & FREE long distance and International phone calls. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops and is generously equipped with everything you need to self cater.

The villa nestles on an acre plot and is surrounded by a variety of trees. The private, un-overlooked sunny south/west pool deck gets all day sun. In addition to the oversized pool deck, there are two large covered patios for outdoor shade and an outside washroom for pool users. The pool benefits from underwater floodlighting, a Spa Fountain, a luxurious 59 jet Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for a relaxing massage, FREE Solar pool heating and there is also an Electric Heat Pump available if required. A large BBQ is provided, ample outdoor seating for dining and 8 loungers for sunbathing.

Full balance payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of stay.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats. Pets will be subject to usual pet rules.

Our villa at DORAL WOODS is set on a large woodland plot, situated in a Cul-De-Sac with just one other home opposite. Much thought went into the house design and choice of furnishings and effects to offer maximum comfort and convenience in an effort to please our guests. Doral Woods is surrounded by natural woodland and orange groves with a Nature Reserve opposite. The Poinciana Golf & Racquet Club Riding Stables, Green Meadows Farm, Disney & Reedy Creek Nature Trails and Lake Toho are all in close proximity. Airboat rental and Parasailing is available at East Lake Toho and various other local sites.

DORAL WOODS enjoys an up-market rural location and truly offers the best of both worlds, being convenient for Disney and the many other attractions, not to mention great shops, outlet stores and restaurants.

From our Central Florida Location it takes little over one hour to drive to either the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches and the Gulf Keys which lie to the West or venture East to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne and Kennedy Space Centre. For the more hardy traveller a few hours drive South offers the Gold Coast, Miami Beach, The Everglades and the unforgettable Florida Keys.

Orlando is Golfers paradise offering over 1,000 excellent courses across the state. The many freshwater lakes provide ideal opportunities for Fishing, Water Sports, Airboat Rides and even Gator Hunting.

There are several major supermarkets and an abundance of shops & restaurants just a few minutes drive from Doral Woods.

This spacious secluded villa is the ideal of Florida vacation living. An expansive pool area for lounging, sunning, swimming and barbequing. Table room and chairs to accommodate a crowd. A master bedroom and en suite as big as some people's entire home. All the conveniences--no, make that luxuries--you hope for. All in a gorgeous and uncommonly secluded property. Stayed at this villa twice and had a great time. We picked the oranges and grapefruit from the trees for breakfast. The pool is 32 feet long and is totally secluded and you can relax without any distractions. The villa is large and the owner is always improving the property. For a family holiday forget the brochures and give this villa a try you wont be disappointed. Muller party, Oxford

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this fabulous villa a couple of years ago. There was ample room for six of us (three couples). The pool is wonderful - totally secluded and a suntrap. Doral Woods is really handily located, both for the 192, and Boggy Creek for the airboat rides. WILL be going back! Worth every penny, believe me Paul Barker & Family. UK

Boy! What a home you have. In all our visits to Fl.....this has been the very best...The pool area has been our haven...My bed (even though I have pillow-top as well at home) YOURS IS BETTER! Love the spacious rooms and the entire layout of your home...
