Hi, We are Valda & Edward Webb. Welcome to our vacation home, a fully equipped, luxury 4 bedroom villa situated in a quiet ,residential neighbourhood , air conditioned throughout and only 20 minutes from Disney. Located on Prairie Point Boulevard, Kissimmee, our villa`s great location means that other major attractions such as Wet'n'Wild, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios and many major golf courses are within easy reach as well.
For an overall tan,enjoy the sunny secluded and fully screened pool area, which looks out onto unspoilt woodland, a conservation habitat for many birds and butterflies and the occasional raccoon.. The main pool ranges from three feet to a maximum depth of 5ft. The adjoining spa pool with gentle water features is suitable for the children. Both have underwater lighting for a relaxing late evening swim. Laze on the sunloungers enjoying the sun and perhaps a Margarita cocktail or three - the famous local speciality -- or perhaps under the shady lanai area with its comfortable chairs and table for the perfect breakfast and dining 'al fresco' with a tropical outlook.
As you will see - previous guests have testified that our villa is a great base from which to have a fabulous vacation.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Known as the Sunshine State, Florida has all the entertainment you could imagine with the fun and fantasy of Walt Disney World, great shopping and vast array of superb restaurants. Fabulous soft white sandy beaches, acres of parkland and so many golf courses you could play a different one every week!
Kissimmee area
Kissimmee is the closest location to all the main theme parks including Disney World attractions, Sea World and Universal. Air boats, Gatorland and Old Town are all nearby, the large Walmart is on the doorstep (a few minutes in the car) and there are dozens on local restaurants to choose from and eating out is very affordable.
At the end of a fun day out come back to your home from home and relax in style. There's the private pool and spa with alarms fitted onto the house exterior doors to safeguard children. The elegant dining area providing the perfect setting for more formal meals and of course the games room leading from the kitchen for some after dinner action! Half sized pool table, table tennis, Play Station2. electronic darts board and table and chairs for any tired grown ups!

£100 deposit per week required at time of booking, non refundable if you cancel. Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £200 is to be paid at time of booking and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay when no damages are reported. All taxes included.
