About the home

This well equipped lakeside townhouse is situated only 3 miles drom Disney. It is ideal for families or Groups of up to 10 people. The property has a local professional Management Company who ensure guests receive wonderful customer care.
This property is in a perfect location for visiting all the Florida sights.
3 miles from Disney, 8 miles to Seaworld and 13 miles from Universal. You can leave the car at home in the evenings if you wish and take the short walk to Old Town where there is a good choice of restaurants and bars.
The kids will enjoy the nearby fairground and Go Karts.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a double room with en-suite on the ground floor. The first floor has a large master bedroom with en-suite, balcony, walk in wardrobe and built in safe. There are a further two twin rooms which share a family bathroom.
The lounge and the Master bedrooms have TV's, there is also a DVD player and wireless internet. The house benefits from a full size washer and dryer.

It is just a short walk to the local shops, restaurants at Old Town. There is also a large supermarket half a mile away.
The property has parking space for two cars.
The resort has a large pool complex with beach entry and lazy river.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida is sunny all year round which is why it is known as the sunshine state.
You can choose to see all the theme park attractions where there are fun filled family rides and roller-coasters that will get the adrenalin pumping.
However there is so much more to do and see in Florida as well. Visit the Kennedy Space Centre and learn all about the universe and space travel, Relax or go surfing in the clear waters on Cocoa Beach, Daytona beach, Tampa, Clearwater. Don't forget to visit the Safari Theme park of Busch gardens where you can see rare animals and wildlife up close and personal before heading on some of the scariest rides in Florida. All these attractions are all within easy reach.
Florida is a shoppers paradise, there are many malls and factory outlet stores to choose from.
If Golf is your thing, there are numerous championship golf courses at reasonable prices.

The Kissimmee / Regal Oaks area

This house is in a perfect location, just off Hwy 192, directly behind Old Town.
There is a supermarket, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Close by is a fairground which the children love and also a Slingshot and Skyride for the brave.
On Thursdays there is a custom motorbike cruise and Saturdays host the largest Classic Car cruise in Florida.
Disney is 3 miles, Seaworld is 8 miles, and Universal /Islands of Adventure is 13 miles.
You can also go fishing, take an airboat ride, hot air balloon flight, mini golf and horseriding.

We use Virgin Atlantic, flying direct from Manchester to Orlando. There are many other airlines and airports which can accomodate your specific needs.

Orlando airport is 20 miles from Old Town Kissimmee.

Car hire is recommended. We have used Alamo and Dollar and book in the UK before travelling.

The prices are for the rental of the townhouse, not per person. This includes taxes and cleaning costs.

A non-refundable deposit of £100/$250 per week is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A security deposit of £150/$250 is also payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. This is held against any damage or breakages and will be refunded in full after a satisfactory inspection.

Cancellations within 5-8 weeks will result in a 50% loss. Less than 5 weeks will lose 100%.

A digital door entry system is used, therefore, a code will be given prior to arrival.
