Our villa is situated just 10 minutes from Disney and all its attractions and 5 minutes to shops and restaurants.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Beautiful and sunny all year around.
Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens. Numerous water parks ideal for families as there are picnic areas within the parks, and lots to keep the children amused.
All the theme parks have firework displays and parades in the evening, a spectacle not to be missed.

Kissimmee / Cumbrian Lakes area

Cumbrian Lakes has 3 lakes of which one is illuminated in the evening and 2 of the lakes can be fished in.
There is a children's playground and nature walks on the community.Also Football games are organised for those who are feeling energetic.
Numerous golf courses within 10 minutes.
Horse riding and a children's petting farm are close by.
Shopping malls and designer outlets all within easy reach.
Restaurants in abundance from Chinese, Japanese. to succulent steak houses all within 5 minutes drive away.
