(2) Two twin rooms with themed bed-linen for the children if required (SpongeBob SquarePants, Mickey mouse or neutral). Play Station PS II in each bedroom with a selection of games.
(3) Fully fitted granite kitchen with large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
(4) Separate laundry with washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
(5) Cable TV with standard Brighthouse package in every bedroom. DVD player in master and second bedroom

“Fantastic villa - beautifully maintained to an excellent standard. Superb location too!” We would thoroughly recommend this villa. It is beautiful inside and furnished to a very high standard. It looks believe it or not exactly like it's photos - very spacious and comfortable. Both the kitchen and family area are just right for relaxing after a hard day in the parks. The bedrooms are all great with huge comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities with extra little touches such as hairdryers in every bathroom. We travelled in a group of two families with 4 small children (aged 5-9) and they loved it. There is plenty of entertainment for them with the pool (which is small but very kid friendly) and the fantastic TV system with all the movies already on there. Windsor Hills is a safe gated development - very pretty and peaceful. It has a lovely communal pool, but the villa was so nice we hardly used it. The location can not be faulted - a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from the disney parks and about 20 minutes from Universal - what more could you want. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this villa and it completely exceeded our expectations. We will definitely go back and already have friends queuing up to book!! Thanks also to Jeff and Ash for looking after us to well - all the way through from booking to returning home - they even check in with you whilst there (as does the management company) to make sure everything is perfect. Really cannot fault this villa so get booking!!

“Great family house conveniently located within 15 min of all Disney parks” We enjoyed our stay at Dunestone. The house is a safe, well-located, gated community and has very nice furniture and amenities. The kids loved the heated pool which felt like bathwater in February. The spacious kitchen and rec room were also highlights. The beds were of high quality and comfortable and the house was very clean and welcoming.
