Disney is 3 miles about a 5-10 minute drive, Universal Studios & Sea World are about a 15 minute drive, Busch Gardens is about a 40 minute drive and the beach is 45-60 minute drive.

All linen and towels are provided. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, central air & heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio table and chairs.

There is a $350 booking/security deposit which must be paid on booking and will be returned with 1 week of your departure; Usually day of departure, providing everything left satisfactorily.

We do not charge a departure clean unless the booking is less than 7 days in which case we charge a fee of $150

Access for wheelchair users is possible, however there is no ramp access to the front door and it is necessary to negotiate a 3 inch high step up to the door.

We will welcome your pet (a cat or a dog) with prior notice as we arrange a deeper departure clean.

Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 10:00 am

Conditions

Any booking of less than 7 nights incurs a $150 departure clean fee.

The property is very close to Disney, 3 miles, so close in fact that you can hear the Magic Kingdom fireworks at night out by the pool and on a clear night you can see them too.

The Kissimmee / Indian Creek area

Within 1 mile of the property there is a shopping plaza and plenty of excellent restaurants, 3 new restaurants build within last 3 months. Locally theres is Wynn Dixie, Publix and walgreens for your groceries and just a few miles for Outlet centre and Malls.

“Perfect & Brilliant Holiday Home” Such a great place to stay if you want to be close to Disney and shops / Restaurants are only 5 mins away. The house was spottlessly clean and has everything you need for a big family. Exceptional value! The house is everything it is advertised to be, what you see is what you get...We were very happy with our stay, and didn't want to leave! Will definitely go again, but for longer!! “Clean, spacious and perfectly situated” I have been to Orlando a few times with my family, and this is definitely the best villa I have stayed in. The rooms are all spacious and there are plently of bathrooms, so no arguements, and plenty of space for getting ready! Having all modern amenities throughout the villa made our stay comfortable and easy. The pool is also great as it meant we could stay in and relax on some days - without the kids being bored : - ) It is close to all of the Theme Parks, restaurants and supermarkets ... Overall like a home from home! Would definitely stay again.

“Great house and spot with soace and easy access to everywhere” Two week stay was excellent. Owners on call so you know if there's a problem they are only down the road. Even called to check pool wasn't too cold!! ( which it wasn't, both pool and jacuzzi are heated) . Great location, supermarket and restaurants close by and Disney parks couple mile down road. You can even see the fireworks from the pool!!look right but grab a beer first, they go on forever!! Will def use again, loadsa space and bathrooms.
