Designed from the build stage to be the very best of the best, this 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom villa has been designed with holidaymakers in mind.
We believe it is the attention to detail that makes the villa stand out from any home you may have stayed in before.
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, there are 2 lounges, 2 dining rooms, a study, butlers pantry, games room, and large pool and spa, all on a gated resort community with clubhouse.
The large 30x15' pool and spa is heated and sits on an extended, and screened deck area. The covered lanai includes an outside poolside bathroom, and a 'millionaires' summer grill with grill, outside sink, lanai speakers and power outlet.
As you would expect, internet access and free international telephone calls are included, and you will find all the mod cons you need; cable TV and DVD players in all bedrooms, a large 57" HD TV with a Tivo PVR and Wii games system in the family room, even iPod chargers in the master suites.
All attractions are within a few miles, the 192 is less than 1 minute from the gate and Walmart is approximately 500 yards from the resort entrance (quite nice to have as your 'corner store'!)

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Orlando is best known for Disney World, its year round tropical climate and all things american! As the number of visitors have grown, so have the number of things you can do, there are now so many golf courses you could play a different one every week, and you could eat in a different restaurant every night! Its a great place for both family Disney holidays, or just for a relaxing holiday in the sun, sitting by the pool.
Kissimmee / Bellavida Resort area
This villa is located on the Bellavida Resort in Kissimmee, less than one minute to the 192. Kissimmee is the closest location to all the main theme parks including Disney World attractions, Sea World and Universal. Air boats, Gatorland and Old Town are all nearby, the large Walmart is on the doorstep (500 yards from the entrance to the resort) and there are dozens on local restaurants ranging from budget through the fine dining.
How to get there
Flights are available into Orlando International and Sanford Airport from most major airports. We recommend you hire a car for your stay, most major car rental companies have outlets at both airports.
