About the home
Our home is a luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with its own private screened pool. The villa is located in Lake Berkley, a peaceful and gated subdivision situated approximately 10 min from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other theme parks, restaurants and shopping.
The villa has 2 master bedrooms both with their own en suite bathroom. First master has a king-sized bed with flat screen TV, the second master has a queen-sized bed with flat screen TV, the 3rd bedroom has a further queen-sized bed and TV, while the 4th bedroom has 2 twins and has been decorated with a Disney theme for the kids.
The family room offers flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo. The full size kitchen with granite counter tops offers everything you need for your stay, fridge freezer, range, dishwasher, microwave oven. Pool area is spacious and fully enclosed.
The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, air hockey and football table.
The home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Florida should need no introduction. It's famous for it's theme parks that draws visitors from all over the world.
Orlando is also central for both coasts offering fantastic beaches to soak up the sun or surfing when the conditions allow
The Kissimmee / Lake Berkley area
One of the top resorts in Kissimmee, Lake Berkley is a private gated community with a 24 hour Security Guard at the gate to greet you plus roving patrols.
The resort offers Stocked Fishing Lakes, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Nature Trail around the Lake with ducks to feed, Private beach with BBQ area and Picturesque Gazebo.
A private clubhouse with cyber cafe, fitness room, large communal pool and hot spa, is available for guests staying within Lake Berkley resort. Games arcade. An evening poolside tiki bar is available in the Hapimag area of the resort.
There is 24 hour Wal-Mart and access to the 192 just two minutes drive away with various restaurants along its route.
10 minutes drive to Disney, 20minutes drive to Universal theme parks.

We had an amazing time at this villa. The owners are incredibly helpful and arranged for a locksmith to come out to us straight away when I accidentally locked the bedroom closet! The décor and fittings are up to a very high spec and the pool was lovely. The estate that the property is on is very private and quiet and perfectly situated for getting on to the main roads to Disney and Universal, as well as the coast and the Keys. Walmart is at the top of the road which proved invaluable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax after a mad day in Orlando! We can't wait to go back! |

This was our 8th time in Orlando. . We stayed in this villa for Christmas and new year. The villa is in an ideal location close to a large Walmart, restaurants and of course Disney parks. My family consisted of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. This was perfect as there was an en-suite for the adults, plus 2 extra bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings easy. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday - with the added bonus of a well equipped games rooms. The gated site the house sits on is delightful - very clean and secure. The owners communication was second to none. The even offered to get groceries into the villa on our arrival as we were arriving on the one day of the year that the Walmart was closed! I would defiantly use this villa again. |

Great place to stop, in a quiet enough area to get some much needed RNR but also only 20 minutes away from the disney and universal parks, |
