About the home

4 large bedrooms all with full en-suite facilities, dressing room/walk in closet. - Downstairs there is a master bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with two double beds; The lounge with comfortable seating is at the front of the house and there is a formal dining room to seat 8 - 10.

A fully equipped luxury kitchen with all the modern equipment and a separate breakfast area overlooking the private pool is at the back of the home. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with two queen beds.

Both bedrooms have access to a balcony. There is a cot/crib available. There is also a second social area upstairs with access to the front balcony. This room has in it a TV, pool table and relaxing leather chairs. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is also to be found upstairs.

The house is fully air conditioned. - The social areas and bedrooms have LCD television with cable TV and there is a DVD player. - The heated swimming pool is at the rear of the house with outside furniture.

THere is a barbeque outside by the pool.

This is the perfect home for two families as one can go upstairs and another downstairs and you would have plenty of room.
The shower rooms have double showers in them and there is a jacuzzi bath in the upstairs bedroom.
We can provide daily housekeeping if required.
It is also suited for groups of golfers as it is within easy walking distance to the clubhouse and Reunion Grande.
It is also next door to The Spa at Reunion.

The house is next door to The Spa and it is within walking distance of Reunion Grande and the swimming pool, gym etc at Seven Eagles.
You can sit on the balcony and watch the air balloons go over in the morning.

The Kissimmee / Reunion Resort area

Our homes are situated in the homestead area in Reunion Resort which is to be found at Junction 58 on the Interstate 4 near to Championsgate. They are within walking distance of oneanother if you are a keen walker but in the hot Florida sunshine but you do need a car. Reunion Resort has many amenites which are available for our guests to use including Signature golf courses, 10 swimming pools, restaurants, a Spa, jogging and cycling trails. Please do ask for details. It takes about 15 minutes to drive at the Disney Parks so you will need a car.

“Top quality huge villa in a great location” Our family stayed in the Blue House this summer. From the first minute walking in we were delighted with the cleanliness and quality furnishings. The house was huge and made our vacation the best ever. We will be returning to this villa again. The front balcony has a fantastic view of the golf course and you can walk to the main areas of Reunion easily from this great location. Angela was excellent from when we made our initial enquiry to booking the home to making sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks for a great vacation. We highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a luxury and hassle free break.

“Great place!!” We've rented the Big Blue House for the past 3 winters and couldn't have been happier. Angela was always very attentive and easy to deal with. The house is centrally located at the resort, very short walk to the main pool, golf and dining. The house is very clean and has everything you would need. Celebration is just a short drive and has some great restaurants, D'Antonio's is our personal favorite. We couldn't be happier with this house and would definitely rent it again if we are ever back at Reunion.
