About the home
Our spacious Villa Sunshine (over 2000 sq. ft.) offers our guests immaculate accommodations filled with fine amenities and quality upgrades. Our formal living and dining rooms greet you as you enter our home. You'll enjoy a king sized master en suite and twins themed bedroom at one end of our villa plus 2 lovely queen bedrooms at the other--all with cable TV/VCRs/and-or DVD players, quality linens, towels/pool towels and decor. Our family lounge/dinette/and fully equipped kitchen overlook our sun-drenched pool furnished with table/chairs, sun loungers and there's a natural gas bar-b-q just outside the pool area. A favourite with all ages is our air-conditioned gamesroom, where you'll enjoy air hockey, foosball, billiards, electronic darts and ESPN basketball.
We also supply a high chair, stroller and port-a-crib for guests traveling with babies or small children at no additional charge. Toddler toy chest, books, games and video library can also be found at our villa.

The Kissimmee area
Walt Disney World Resort, all major waterparks, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Universal Studios, City Walk, Islands of Adventure, Gatorland, dinner shows, airboat rides, horseback riding, fishing and wine tasting are just a short drive from our fabulous Florida villa. Enjoy many fine restaurants, shopping, and challenging golf courses or fun-time mini golf just minutes away. Legoland, Busch Gardens and coastal beaches are approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours drive away but make a great day trip.

Orlando International Airport is the closest and most convenient airport to our Villa Sunshine. However, Sanford-Orlando International Airport and Tampa International Airport are frequently used by guests. Some guests have also used the Miami International Airport but this is not often.
There are several car hire companies on the airport grounds--Budget, Alamo, Dollar, National, etc. I suggest you get several quotes as their prices vary.

The King family from Ireland stayed at our Villa Sunshine... We stopped in to visit briefly with them. She told me she was very impressed with our immaculate villa and enjoyed all the extras we put in our home. Her children loved the TV's in their bedrooms so they could watch cartoons! They loved the pool and gamesroom, as well. It was a pleasure meeting them.
Thank you so much for the use of your home. I was amazed at how much was in the home. I have stayed at many homes before but this one was the best. The kids loved the pool. We have 1 child who really didn't like pools before but he loves them now. The gamesroom was an added enjoyment. Boys loved it. Again thanks so much for your hospitality. WOW!! What can we say, except that this is our 5th visit to Florida and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. You have thought of everything that we needed and the gamesroom has been a great idea. Pool heat is optional. Please enquire for Easter and Christmas/New Year dates which require a 2 week minimum stay.
All rates are subject to 13% Florida taxes.
All bookings also require a refundable $250 (GBP 150) security deposit.
No dates are held without signed booking forms and a $250 nonrefundable booking deposit, which is applied to your total let. Then 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, your final rental balance plus refundable security deposit are due to us. Please contact Kathy for full booking details and availability.
We do accept payment in USD or GBP personal cheque.
