Our spacious Villa Sunshine (over 2000 sq. ft.) offers our guests immaculate accommodations filled with fine amenities and quality upgrades. Our formal living and dining rooms greet you as you enter our home. You'll enjoy a king sized master en suite and twins themed bedroom at one end of our villa plus 2 lovely queen bedrooms at the other--all with cable TV/VCRs, quality linens, towels/pool towels and decor. Our family lounge/dinette/and fully equipped kitchen overlook our sun-drenched pool furnished with table/chairs, sun loungers and there's a natural gas bar-b-q just outside the pool area. A favourite with all ages is our air-conditioned gamesroom, where you'll enjoy air hockey, foosball, table tennis, electronic darts and ESPN basketball.
We also supply a high chair, stroller and port-a-crib for guests traveling with babies or small children at no additional charge. Toddler toy chest, books, games and video library can also be found at our villa.

Kissimmee / Near Disney area
Walt Disney World Resort, all major waterparks, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Gatorland, dinner shows, airboat rides, horseback riding, fishing and wine tasting are just a short drive from our fabulous Florida villa. Enjoy many fine restaurants, shopping, and challenging golf courses just minutes away. Busch Gardens and coastal beaches are approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours drive away but make a great day trip. Even catch an amazing shuttle launch at Cocoa Beach if you can.
How to get there
Orlando International Airport is the closest and most convenient airport to our Villa Sunshine. However, Sanford-Orlando International Airport and Tampa International Airport are frequently used by guests.
There are several car hire companies on the airport grounds--Budget, Alamo, Dollar, National, etc. I suggest you get several quotes as their prices vary.

All bookings also require a refundable 150 GBP security deposit.

I just called to welcome our UK guests yesterday (9-July-2007) and they told me they have visited Florida 3 previous times and our villa was by far the best villa they've stayed at! Wonderful compliments like that make all our efforts worthwhile.
The King family from Ireland stayed at our Villa Sunshine during Dec 2006/Jan 2007 for __ nights... We were down in January and stopped in to visit briefly with them. She told me she was very impressed with our immaculate villa and enjoyed all the extras we put in our home. Her children loved the TV's in their bedrooms so they could watch cartoons! They loved the pool and gamesroom, as well. It was a pleasure meeting them.

WOW!! What can we say, except that this is our 5th visit to Florida and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. You have thought of everything that we needed and the gamesroom has been a great idea.
