Welcome to our home on Seasons. It is a St Vincent model built by Park Square Homes and is 2765 Sq. Foot of Executive quality. It is a luxurious 5 Bedroom – 4 Bathroom Villa, which has 2 Master Suites and 3 other Bedrooms - which comfortably sleep 10 with ease, a Private Pool and Jacuzzi plus a well equipped games room. A perfect vacation retreat for you and your family to enjoy!
Situated on a small community of only 71 houses it is privately owned and is a perfect vacation resort to escape from it all. We have taken extra care to furnish our Villa with you and your family in mind to the highest standard that we enjoy. The Gourmet Kitchen has all the necessities you may need The rear of the house looks on woodlands and is peacefully, you will certainly enjoy the Pool at all times.
Located only a mere just 10 minutes to Disney World with easy access to Sea World 15 minutes and Universal Studios 20 minutes. There are many Championship Golf Courses located a short drive away. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Coast Beaches and Cape Canaveral, making all close enough for an enjoyable day trip. Come and be our guest! Check in time to all of our properties is at 4.00PM and check-out time is 11.00AM.
Late check-out will be charged at $40.00 per hour until 4.00PM (£20 per hour). After 4.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability).

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Florida, the sunshine state is the perfect holiday destination with Orlando offering so much to do and see. The famous theme parks of Disney: Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom along with their waterparks and down town shopping are a must. Try Sea View to see Shamo the Killer Whale and dolphin shows - try the underwater walk to see the sharks. Then there is Universal Studios, Gator land, Bush Gardens, Petting Farms, Shopping Malls, museums and old town Orlando at Church Street station. Why not head to the local waterways to see the magestic manatee or water cow. There are fabulous beaches to explore no more than an hour away by car. The Kissimmee / Seasons Resort area
Seasons is tucked away in a small, peaceful community, yet is a genuine 10 minute drive away from Walt Disney World. There is a pretty lake where you can take a leisurely stroll in the evenings if you wish. Seasons is a quiet small community of 71 villa's geared to the vacationers who prefer peace. Stayed here in March 2013. We were really looking forward to it after good reviews but we were slightly disappointed. The villa is definitely in need of some TLC, it is looking a bit shabby & tired. Outside the chair cushions need replacing. The interior needs a lick of paint & Some of the bedding needs replacing. It's in a great location & just needs updating to make it 10 out of 10. |

House was in great shape. Had everything needed. Pool was perfect. Near everything needed. Shopping, minutes from the theme parks. Payment plan was perfect for people on a budget. Owner very responsive. We hope to rent again. |

Great pool area for relaxing after the parks but also for lazy days and enjoying the bbq. Fabulous wildlife as the pool backs onto woodland and we were treated to several regular visitors including a giant tortoise and an armadillo! A quiet culdesac but very handy for Walmart and ticket agent for cheap theme park tickets. Theme parks were easily accessible as were the gulf and atlantic coasts. Peter was very helpful with our booking and paying for the villa through his monthly payment scheme was great. There are more luxiourious villas available, obviously costing more. With a young family we found Seasons good value for money, with plenty space and several decent restaurants within easy reach. We ordered the welcome pack which was a relief after a 3 hour delay in Gatwick and arriving late at night, the men were ready for a beer! |
