The air-conditioning allows you to cool down and be comfortable even in the hot summer.

The villa is detached, and has an open-plan front, and also a large double garage to keep cars secure and cool. The garage can also be used a s a drying area for clothes.
The rear garden is screened, making sure the pool is purely for your own use. There is a private patio area, close enough to the dining area to barbecue or eat outdoors or indoors.

Fly to Orlando, and the villa is a short drive from the airport.
There is an easy route using the freeway, and you'll get your first view of the Disney attractions, or you can take a route through Kissimmee and get a taste of the variety of eating places available.
We try to keep it simple and not overcharge for those who want to stay in school holidays. We have two simple rates which are:
November, January and February are off-peak.
December and March through to October are peak.
