This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property in Cane Island Resort benefits from a wonderful location just off US-192 and is less than 3 miles from the main gates of Disney World. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, Kissimmee Old Town and less than 2 miles from charming Celebration, it represents the perfect location for the ultimate Florida family holiday. Ideally situated to exploit Disney attractions, Shopping and Restaurants, and Golf courses.

Guests will have access to all complex facilities, including a beautiful Pool, Sun Deck & Spa, a spectacular Clubhouse with lake views, Gym, Games room, Restaurant and Social Room / Business Centre, and Kids Playground.

This luxurious air-conditioned condo comes fully equipped with everything you will need for the perfect family holiday. A luxuriously furnished living area with 42" plasma with cable television, DVD player, Sony Playstation, telephone, free wirelss high speed internet, free national and international phone calls, and stereo (plus Ipod docking station).

The stylish dining area allows family dining or if preferred, al fresco dining on the large balcony which captures the sun into the evening, perfect for relaxing on after a hard day at one of Disney's world-renowned theme parks.

Master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, and all bedrooms have tv with cable and come complete with large amounts of storage space. A safe has recently been added to the property following feedback from guests.

The kitchen has oven / hob, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and fridge freezer with a washing machine / clothes dryer in the separate laundry / utility room.

Your home at Cane Island is lovely! We are so glad we did not stay in a hotel! None would have came close to measuring up. I felt very safe and comfortable there. I truly appreciated how quiet it was. I hate noisy neighbors, and hotels are FULL of them! I prefer to stay home and cook, and the kitchen at Cane Island is well stocked. Everything just worked out so smoothly, I am impressed--as is my family. My husband is very picky, and he said he could live there! That's a huge compliment.
