It is perfect for 1 or 2 families. It has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest standards. Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk.) It has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. An Informal dining area, a family room, an elegant sitting room and formal dining area. A large games room with pool table, air hockey & numerous games for all ages. The south facing swimming pool has an adjoining hot tub, there is a large deck area with sun loungers and a covered lanai area with table and chairs for outside dining & a BBQ. OTHER EXTRAS are TV's in every room DVD players, Cable TV, VCR, PlayStation, Internet Access, a Safe, Strollers, Highchair, Cot, baby bouncer, baby listener.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is a fantastic active and or relaxing holiday for families or couples. It has many attractions including all the theme parks. You can go to the coast for a nice relaxing day or go to one of the many golf courses in the area. There are several shopping malls and outlets for those of you who love to shop and plenty of lovely restaurants.
Kissimmee / Rolling Hills at Formosa area
Rolling Hills is one of the closest developments near all the Disney Theme Parks just off Highway 192. There is a supermarket, chemist and numerous other shops very close by. There is also a selection of good quality Restaurants. There are several shopping malls within easy reach and numerous golf courses
How to get there
Orlando International Airport is 20 miles away. Sanford International Airport and Tampa are also close by. A car is recommended and can be hired at the airport. Directions will be sent to you when a booking is made.

The pool is south facing and has the sun all day. It has decorative plants at the back and sides and is not overlooked and very private.The pool is heated (opitional) and is recommended between November and March. The outside area is covered with a fine mesh screen to protect you from the insects and mossies.
Conditions
A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required at time of booking. Balance is required 12 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 against breakages / damage will also be required with the final payment and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection by the management company. All rates are subject to 13% Florida tourist taxes. There is an extra charge for pool heat at £110 per week (advised between November and March). Please confirm at time of booking.
