About the home

As you enter our home through the glass front doors you will see the formal living room and dinning room to your right, as you walk forward the area opens up into the large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and Family room with 50" cable TV, PS3 and DVD player, the main access to the covered pool and lanai are from this room. The bedrooms on the ground floor are a Queen bed with access to the pool and a Twin bedroom, these share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

A separate toilet with wash basin is at the rear of the Family room and this leads to the laundry room with brand new washer & dryer and on into the garage which is now a games room containing pool table, foosball and air hockey (4 bicycles are provided if you fancy a ride around the community and these are kept in the games room).

As you walk up the large open staircase and get to the landing at the top this splits left and right, take a left and you enter the Master Bedroom with balcony access which overlooks the pool and conservation area to the rear, a TV with XBOX 360, DVD player and a mini stereo are provided. The Master Bathroom is accessed through an archway, this contains 'his & her's' wash basins, a bath, large shower, separate toilet and closet space for two. If you take a right at the top of the stairs this leads to two more bedrooms, these are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom each with TV and again these share a Jack&Jill bathroom.

Also upstairs on the extended landing is a play area with TV, Playstation2 and WI-FI internet (the WI-FI signal can be accessed throughout the villa and by the pool).

The newly refurbished Games Room is a great area for the boys whilst the ladies sun themselves out by the pool, it has a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foos Ball Table and a Dart Board, bicycles and electric scooters are also provided if you want to explore the community a bit more.

The pool area is a great place to relax, built overlooking a conservation area its the perfect spot to watch the locals pass by (the wildlife) while cooking a few steaks on the Gas Grill/BBQ. The covered area has enough seating for all your party and this is cooled by a large fan/light which makes it the perfect place to eat a family meal and talk about were to go next.

The Pool is heated upon request and has lighting for that late night swim, the Spa has an easy to operate timed switch on the wall near the outside shower and an outside WC is there for your convenience.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

'WOW' how do you describe a place like Florida/Orlando in a few short words, the theme parks are some of the best in the world with Disney, Universal and Seaworld keeping you and the kids busy for most of your holiday. For those of you that want to venture a little further Busch Gardens at Tampa and the beaches at Clearwater and St Pete's on the Gulf coast and Daytona and Cape Canaveral on the Atlantic coast are a perfect break from the rushing around of the theme parks.

Ladies the shopping is spectacular with dozens of Malls/Outlets to chose from and hundreds if not thousands of shops to buy from (just don't tell the husband).

Lads the golf is magnificent with dozens of courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa, 5 at Disney, 3 at Reunion, 2 at Champions Gate the list goes on.

The Kissimmee / Cumbrian Lakes area

Cumbrian Lakes is a quite area but not to far from all the activities that make Kissimmee the place to stay, just a couple of miles from Hwy 192 with its shops and restaurants, Kissimmee Old Town which hosts Bike night and Custom Car nights on Thursday and Saturday.

Come out of Cumbrian Lakes and turn left you will find Green Meadows Petting Farm a few hundred yards away and Horse Ridding World about 10 miles away.

“Home away from home” We picked this house as it had everything we needed when traveling with young childern and was large enough for families. Andrew was great to work with, answered all of my questons and everything he promised was at the house. Thanksf for helping me with my family vacation!
