A full sized American style kitchen with all the mod cons Inc: American double fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, huge American cooker and grill with a full sized oven, toaster, blender etc, etc and a full laundry with a separate washer and dryer. Save you a job when you get home?
Your rental home has 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with En-suite which to say the least, is rather nice. 1 Double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, one of which has a Play Station 2 with a selection of games for the little or big kids in your family.
This house will provide a real home from home during your stay. The home has four bedrooms with two twins, a double and a Master Bedroom with full en-suite that really is huge and quite exceptional.
There are 2 lounges, one formal for dining and relaxing and an informal lounge where the whole family can gather following those hectic days and nights at the theme parks. The informal lounge has fitted patio doors (alarmed, for your children's security) which lead out to the 31ft oversized private and enclosed swimming pool with a fitted handrail for any infirm guests and a seating, eating and lounging area. Loungers are provided for catching some sun.
A Cable TV (200 premium not basic channels) and a DVD player are also located in the Master Suite and informal lounge. All TVs in the home receive cable TV.
The full sized American kitchen provides a dish washer, a full sized cooker and oven along with a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc etc.
The home is fully, Hi Speed (10mb) Wi-Fi enabled - Don't forget your laptop!
We also have a games room in the garage which includes a pool table, table tennis and an air hockey game.

Located on the beautiful Hamiltons Reserve community and mid way within a Cul-De-Sac but only 0.5 miles from the main artery which is the 192 highway with all its visitor attractions and the gateway to all things Disney.
To the front of the home is a double driveway and adjacent double garage to keep your car off the streets. NO ON STREET CAR PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED on the community roadways, at anytime of the day or night. BE WARNED - You run the risk of having you car towed by the Sheriff if you park on the street. This is a very good, worthwhile community rule and we back it 100%. This rule helps to ensure everybodys children's security and safety in the local area. We hope you understand and abide by our rules for your own and your familys safety.
The home is grassed on all four sides with the private enclosed 31 foot swimming pool accessed via the alarmed patio doors leading from the main lounge. Seating and lounging faciltys are provided should you wish to dine Al Fresco.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
The Sunshine State lives up to its name, where the weather makes it summer almost every day of the year. Not only has it got fantastic theme parks and is the home to Mr and Mrs Mouse but family friendly attractions with the wildest of rides for the young at heart or just for the young, are in abundance. You also have glorious sandy beaches less than an hours drive away (56 miles, 90km) at CoCo Beach and the capital of space exploration at Kennedy Space Ccentre (57 miles, 91km), wonderful wild life, endless bargain shopping in some of the worlds largest malls and fabulous restaurants with a menu to suit every palate and pocket.
The TD Waterhouse Stadium is the home of The Orlando Magic basketball team and also a major music concert venue in the U.S. you may want to check out who is playing during your stay, also if Baseball is your game the Atlanta Braves do there Spring training at Disney's Wide World of Sports Stadium and its free to watch.
Mini Golf; If you like the game you will love the U.S. version, yes it is bigger and it is better and its a real family adventure, keep your eyes open at the side of highway 192, you will see them, they are great fun for all the family and come very highly recommended.
Golf in Florida is as good as it looks on the TV, white sanded bunkers, beautifully groomed fairways and carpet greens, simply quality and good value when compared to UK and European prices. Google search Kissimmee golf courses you will soon see what we mean.
Undoubtedly, Orlando is the greatest holiday destination in the world.
The Kissimmee / Hamiltons Reserve area
Hamilton's Reserve is ideally situated and Kissimmee is known as the gateway to all things Disney.
Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Sea World, MGM Studios, Universal Studios (the home of Harry Potter himself), Islands of Adventure, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Aquatica Water Theme Parks, Animal Kingdom, Gatorland and hundreds of other fantastic visitor attractions.
Golf is big in Florida and with Tiger Woods living around 6 miles from this home keep your eyes open when you play one of the exceptional local courses.
The "192" is a half a mile away, this main arterial route is the gateway to restaurants, entertainment, shops where you can "Shop till you drop", plus more shopping malls and premium sports outlets than I care to remember, not forgetting the biggest Walmart I have ever seen (3 minutes by car), where you can buy just about everything at bargain prices. Disney theme goods are sold here at a fraction of the park prices. (So don't forget to take an extra holdall for all those bargains you have just got to take home!)
Just up the road is "Old Town", don't miss the wonderful classic car parade held every Saturday night, an event not to be missed. Don't forget your camera and camcorder as you will want to look at them again and again. Or if you are feeling very brave, you could always try the bungee jumping they have there every night of the year. Leave time to visit the flea markets in the area, or to have a thrilling Air boat ride or even a Hot-air balloon or Helicopter ride!!! (Helicopter ride highly recommended from personal experience) In fact, you couldn't be in a better location to sample all the treats that Orlando in Florida has in abundance to offer you on your vacation.

We will provide all the directions you will need from all local airports in and around the State of Florida. If you need directions from anywhere else in the U.S or Canada, just ask and we will provide them from your home to your holiday home.
Your vacation home on The community of Hamiltons Reserve is only a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport (21 miles) usually accessed via scheduled flights and 50 minutes from Sanford International Airport (51 miles) usually accessed via charter flights.
Many of the major airline and holiday companies such as; Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, US Airways, Airtours, Thomson, Monach and many other charter and scheduled airlines fly into these local international airports from locations all over the UK and Europe. Also you may wish to consider flying into Tampa Airport on the Gulf coast which is just over an hour away from your vacation home. Take a look at skyscanner.com or expedia.co.uk as they have in the past produced some good flight and car hire prices for us.
The larger car rental companies eg. Dollar, Alamo, National & Hertz, are all based on the airport grounds, which makes it much easier to collect your car when you arrive. You can if you wish book a car with Satellite Navigation, it will make life just that little bit simplar for you but if not, we will do all the work for you.
GOOD TIP: On arrival at the airport car rental desk, you will be offered an upgrade on the car you have pre-booked. Do not accept the first price they quote you as they will offer again later during the reservation process at a better rate saving you some money. Soft top cars are great and with sun very practical but b warned they have the smallest boots you have ever seen so make sure your luggage fits in, otherwise, it will be on the back seat for the journey to your home. You will be supplied with maps of the local area and the State of Florida in general at the car rental desk before you collect your car.

We do suggest you rent a car for the duration of your stay, taxis are not cheap and honestly driving in the U.S. is a pleasure. Public transport is only of an acceptable level and not really very convienient. Car rental and driving in the U.S. is easy and an adventure and it just makes the little things so much easier and more enjoyable.

Caron was very easy to deal with, responded to questions very quickly. She provided excellent directions to the villa. The house was in a great location, a quiet neighbourhood and very easy to reach all Disney parks (10 mins) and Sea World (15 mins). Located just off the 192 there are many restraunts and shopping facilities within 10 minute drive. On arrival the house was exceptional clean and tidy and all the facilities you could need were within the house. The pool area and the pool itself were very clean and there plenty of sun loungers to lazy about on. I would not hesitate in returning to this villa and would recommend it to family and friends. |

I liked the house because it is near the Disney parks and many restaurants and stores. It is comfortable and has a nice private pool. |
