Our villa is in the residential area of Kissimmee called Doral Woods and sits on a half an acre of land and has lemon, orange and grapefruit trees which you are welcome to taste.
It is a peaceful single family area with walkways and is close to all the theme parks.

This luxury villa consists of:-
* POOL
30 feet x 18 feet, very private, south facing, screened, solar and optional electric (charge for this) heated pool with large sun deck and hand rail to assist in entering and leaving the pool. We have installed a new salt system in the pool which reduces the chlorine smell and is kinder to your hair skin and eyes, giving you a more pleasurable swimming experience.
* Luxury table, chairs and sun loungers. It has a covered Lanai with fan and light. Pool and Garden area can be floodlit at night for that warm evening swim.
* FAMILY ROOM
Two leather sofas combined into 1 corner unit seating 6. 2 seats recline. Cable TV + VCR/DVD, Videos/DVD's included. Access to pool.
* LIVING ROOM
Two seater sofa, three seater sofa, CD/Cassette/Radio music system. The 3 seater sofa is a queen size bed settee.
* MASTER BEDROOM
King Size bed, Cable T.V./DVD, En-suite bathroom (see bathroom descriptions). Illuminated/mirrored bed head, dresser, vanity chair. Walk-in closet with Safe. Ceiling fan/light. Radio alarm and telephone.

Ou pool is secluded and is not overlooked by anyone. The lanai has a table and chairs with a roof fan. Sun loungers are included.

Our villa can be found in the quiet villa community of Doral Woods, tucked away on South Poinciana Boulevard, yet still only 15-20 minutes from Disney - perfect for a middle-of-the-day rest break from the theme parks, and a real opportunity for relaxation by the unoverlooked south facing pool away from the busier roads of the more northern communities.
With a choice of Wal-Mart stores on the US192 and a Publix just minutes away in Poinciana town, you are never too far from a supermarket for the essentials (and luxuries) you require. Mailboxes are blue, normally bearing the USPS arrowhead logo, and are located throughout any area you are in. The nearest mailbox to the villa is literally a short walk, just three properties to the left of the villa.
The nearest petrol stations are a 7-eleven and a Spar on S. Poinciana Boulevard as you head up towards the 192 area, just after the railroad crossing. Please note that they often require pre-payment for fuel before you pump.

Looking for somewhere to eat out? Everyone has different tastes, and the 192 provides a huge selection of restaurants and take aways for your enjoyment. On the corner of N. Poinciana Boulevard is a Perkins restaurant, while the cheap and cheerful (and extremely filling) menu choices of Denny's are a couple of blocks on the 192 towards Disney.

Despite other reviews being positive, I think they still underestimate this Villa. We were a family of four, and my children are aged 14 and 15. This villa had all we needed and more. It is very spacious and very well decorated. It really felt like a home from home. Our children loved the pool, which is of a great size and depth, so you can actually swim in it, rather than a 'dipping pool'. The garage has been transformed into a game room and we played pool most evenings. The location is about half an hour from all the major attractions by car. This was ideal fro us, because it meant we could relax away from any crowds and noise. The street is very quiet, with the only noises being from the birds. The owners of this villa seem charming. I have never met them yet they ensured that all was perfect for us. Any email I sent them, they answered quickly. What felt nice, was that it was obvious that they wanted us to enjoy their home. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying this villa. I will recommend this villa to anyone who is contemplating a holiday in the Orlando area. |

Our first visit to the USA, the villa was lovely, children loved the pool. Very well equiped lots of extra linen/towels. Loved the ice machine on the fridge. Parks as described 15-20 minutes away. Lovely and quiet, lots of birds- saw some frogs and lovely buterflies, Oh yes and a visiting bunny. Can't wiat to come back. We stayed 2 weeks, if only we had booked 3... |
