Completed in July 2008, this stunning, fully air-conditioned villa is perfect for families or groups seeking the ultimate in space, luxury, facilities and convenience. It boasts 6 bedrooms, each with a LCD TV and DVD player, 4 bathrooms (2 are fully en suite), a large open-plan living area, free phone calls, free wireless internet access and a superb games room, as well as a large swimming pool with spa and BBQ.

This villa is regarded as at the very top for a luxury villa and unlikely to be matched either at Windsor Hills or elsewhere in Orlando. You can be certain that you have not only chosen superb quality, but outstanding value from owners that really care about their property and importantly, your needs for a great vacation.

It is equipped to exceptional standards and will provide you with a unique combination of superb location, fabulous resort facilities and five star accommodation.

The beautifully furnished living and dining room gives a high level of comfort and quality. Great for entertaining, there is a good size dining table, and comfortable leather chairs for relaxing meals. After, whether reading, snoozing or listing to music from the ipod compatible sound system, the living room with its high quality furnishings is another great place to escape and chill out.

The kitchen is a super place to start your day with breakfast and a view onto the pool deck and pool. The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you will need for a quick stir fry or roasting the turkey! We have included more than adequate amounts of crockery, pans, cutlery and glassware. There is plastic crockery and cups for the children and a full range of special items from Crate & Barrel for Poolside. The hi spec GE cooker and microwave provide a comprehensive facility and the large double door GE fridge/freezer has lots of space and provides chilled water and crushed or cubed ice at the press of a button. All the home comforts are here including a Coffee Machine, Blender. Toaster, and Electric Kettle And of course there is a dishwasher to clean up afterwards! There is an electric food waste dispenser and trash is collected 6 days every week.

Overlooking the pool and Kitchen/Nook, the family room is a good place to relax and watch the 42 inch LCD TV. Satellite TV offers a vast choice of channels. Or why not watch a DVD from the library collection provided. The TV can be viewed from the kitchen area so you won't miss your favourite programme whilst cooking! Comfortable Cindy Crawford design sofas and cushions in this family room enable escape from a busy day! There is a ceiling fan for additional comfort.

The 6 bedrooms comprise of 2 King Rooms, 2 Queen Rooms and 2 Twin bedded rooms. All beds have comfortable pillow top mattresses and are fitted with luxury cotton sheets, blankets and duvets. A TV/DVD player is included in all rooms as well as a ceiling fan for extra comfort if required. Alarm Clock Radios are in all the main rooms and hairdryers are provided in the master rooms. There is lots of space for your all clothes in the large built in wardrobes/closet with plenty of hangers, children’s as well. We have not skimped on anything. One of the Queen rooms has a walk in closet big enough for a child’s cot to keep your baby close but undisturbed.

The first of the 2 two twin rooms has a Mickey Mouse theme to capture the flavour of Disney and the 2nd, Dr Seuss so beware of bright colours in this one! The décor has been designed to appeal to all ages.

The 2 King Rooms both have good size en suite facilities and one of the two Queen rooms is virtually en suite with the 4th bathroom being a family one.

Further details outdoors:
As well as the private screened pool and spa, Windsor Hills has many other shared facilities such as the communal pool with water slide, shaded with palm trees, child fountain play area (great fun!), a separate toddler pool for the really little ones, and free use of sun loungers, jacuzzi and spa.

There is a complimentary cinema playing films selected by guests, a free state of the art Fitness Centre, two playgrounds for children, an on-site convenience shop, 24 hour security, a video arcade and an additional games room with pool, table tennis and miniature football, as well as a free putting green, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts and a picnic and barbeque area.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

What can we say? This is the number one holiday destination in the entire world, and no wonder! There is something for everyone here. Kids and adults alike will love everything that Disney has to offer. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the brilliance of the rides. Come and be entertained, educated, thrilled, whatever you want to do you can do it best here in Orlando.

As well as Disney of course there are the Universal Studio parks, Sea World (my favourite), many water parks, Busch Gardens etc. etc. The list is endless.

Play Golf? Spoilt for choice, there are perhaps as many as 20 courses within a 15 minute drive of this condo, including the famous Faldo Gold Academy if you fancy brushing up on some of your skills.

Remember the space race, the first man on the moon? Visit the launch pads, see the massive Saturn V rocket, ride the Shuttle Simulator, touch a piece of moon rock brought back by the early explorers. Or maybe you fancy wrestling the alligators? Visit Gatorland and Sea World for an unforgettable day out.

The number of World Class attractions in this area, suitable of children and adults alike, make this the ideal location for an unforgettable holiday; you will want to come back again and again. Oh, and did we mention the great value shopping....?

The Kissimmee / Windsor Hills Resort area

Kissimmee (especially the old town) has some character of its own. I suggest you allow some time to explore the area. You are only yards from the '192', a typical US highway that cuts through the suburbs. On both sides you will see dozens of places to eat as well as chemists (drug stores), supermarkets, souvenir shops, banks etc.

Disney Magic Kingdom, Animal World, MGM Studios, EPCOT, Universal Studios, all the water parks including Wet & Wild, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Cape Kennedy, Gulf Coast, Bush Gardens, Sea World, the list is endless.

Fly into either Orlando International or Sandford airports, either is only a short drive away. Spoilt for choice as to which airline to use from most places in the world. I suggest you go to expedia.co.uk and seek out the cheapest option but we regularly fly with Virgin direct from Manchester (UK) for £300 or less - dependent on season of course.

If you need advice with regards to car hire please don’t hesitate to ask us, we can even book it for you. Don't want to drive? No problem, we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken directly to the villa. You could be in the pool 30 minutes after touchdown! Finding the place? It is easy to find but in any case I will send you detailed instructions as to how to find the villa, also how to get from there to the various parks etc. This is one of the best locations possible to give you easy access to all the resorts.
