About the home

Mickey's Clubhouse is our immaculate 4 bedroom ,3 bathroom home with own private south facing pool in the fabulous 5 star, 24 hour gated Windsor Palms resort. The house boasts 2 master suites, both with en-suite facilities. One includes private pool access. Our two twin rooms are both Disney themed which your little and big ones will love.

We warmly welcome family bookings and we have facilities such as two booster chairs and one travel cot. The house has a great games room with pool table, Air hockey table and dart board.

A must feature with our property is that it is not directly overlooked as some of the other houses are on the resort

We have recently decorated and modernised our home along with new leather sofas and T.V's.

During your stay you will have full complimentary use of all the resorts amenities that Windsor Palms have to offer. These include the Olympic size swimming pool / gym / 58 seater cinema / children's play area / small shop stocking most everyday required items / Starbucks Coffee House / Domino's Pizza / basketball courts / tennis courts / sand volleyball courts/ video arcade / Nintendo Wii suite / plus full clubhouse facilities and business centre / Shuttle bus service for a small local charge to all major attractions.

Our property is a genuine 3 miles from Disney located just off the 192 (located behind Formosa Gardens) at mile marker No 4, but far enough away to relax and unwind after a busy day in the parks. It has easy access to all the main roads that will take you to the great theme parks, entertainment and beaches Florida has to offer.

The house is fully equipped with every item should you wish to stay at home and cook, however 1 mile away is the shopping / restaurant area of Formosa Gardens. Here you will find a supermarket and several eateries including Redlobster, TGI's and Outback Stakehouse( they all do take out as well). There are also a great range of restaurants to suit every taste and budget just a short drive away.

We can advise you on many aspects of your vacation including theme parks and tickets, great places to eat and even time saving back routes into Disney!! Feel free to ask us any questions.

Orlando/Kissimmee is now the number one holiday destination and Mickey's Clubhouse is situated in the number one gated resort. There are endless activities outside Disney. Come face to face with a shark at seaworld, swim with a dolphin at discovery cove or try your hand at a little magic in the new Harry Potter Wizarding World at Universal Studios - all less than 20 mins drive away.

“Excellent stay” Fantastic house, very spacious, very homely and welcoming. Location was fantastic for all the parks 10min drive max to Disney, strip of resturants and shops a few mins away, I would use again and will b recommending to others Owner was very quick on replying and help us on all our questions we ask, nothing was too much trouble :)

“Great alternative to hotels” We loved staying at this home during our visit to Disney World. It was easy to find, close to groceries and restaurants and just a few minutes from the major theme parks. The house had more than enough room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids spent hours in the pool and we found the house to be clean and just like the online photos showed. I would recommend this to any of my friends for their visit. I can't imagine why you would choose a hotel over this type of accomodation. We cooked our two meals a day and packed lunch for the parks. We saved a lot of money by doing so. Great experience!

“Mickeys Clubhouse......Simply Magic.......!!” Let me start by saying....book this villa and you will not be disappointed!!!.....Excellent location for all the parks...all the Disney ones 10 mins drive at the most...Seaworld and Universal appeox 20 mins easy drive...Loads of restaurants only a few minutes (approx 1 and a half miles) drive away on highway 192.....favourites were Bahama Breeze and LongHorn steakhouse ....3 large supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away..again on the 192...Super Target and Publix the best out of the 3!!.....the gated community of Windsor Palms was lovely and peaceful...especially after the hustle and bustle of the parks,,,, The villa itself is large ,spacious and very comfortable...well furnished to a good standard with everything you could want....the air-con was a blessing and the pool heating a must...the pool was an adequate size , not over-looked and loved by the kids...the games room was an added bonus aswell.... The whole booking process from start to finish was simple and smooth...Joe the owner was more than happy to answer my numerous and varied questions...the fact that you can drive to the villa,get the keys straight out of the key safe and get settled in without the pain of driving somewhere else for them first saves plenty of time and hassle.. We travelled as a group of 7 which consisted of 4 adults, 1 teenager , a 7 yr old and a 3 yr old....and we all loved it.....to us , your accomodation is the very start of your holiday and generally dictates how good a time you are going to have.....this villa...or should i say Mickeys Clubhouse.....was the beginning of a truly magical 2 weeks in Florida and i would book this place time after time!!

“When can we come back?” We decided on this villa after many weeks of research mainly because of the quick replies from the owners to my queries. We received a welcome letter which gave good directions and we found our journey from our Disney hotel to the villa quite stress free. We were quite delighted by the house as soon as we opened the door, lovely new carpet, nice decor, it had everything we could have hoped for. The children loved the pool with the inflatables and we loved the comfort and space. Despite the heat the house remained nice and cool with the air con. Windsor Palms is ideally situated for travel to Disney and Universal ,it only took about 10 minutes to get to Disney's Blizzard Beach and it was an easy drive up to Universal,Seaworld etc. The area also has some good restaurants, which we enjoyed visits to. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Florida.

“Fantastic - everything was better than we expected” We would highly recommend this villa, initially I would say it was so nice to go directly to the villa without having to pick up keys from different locations as we have had to do in the past. When we arrived it was extremely clean, well equipped and our family of 8 found it spaciously comfortable. With it being a bungalow it also took the worry out of the stairs for our youngest. The pool had sun all day long, we were pleased we ordered pool heat as the kids spent hours in there. Anything you need to know about the villa or even Florida, Joanne (owner) was at the end of the phone and so helpful - cannot recommend this personal service enough. Having stayed in a total of 4 gated communities I would say Windsor Palms is the best, it has everything and the onsite shop is so handy (just minutes walk from the Villa). You won't be disappointed.
