About the home

Our home is fully air-conditioned, a must when you consider that the temperatures in mid-summer are in the 90’s. The villa consists of a lounge, separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, utility room with washing machine and dryer, games room, two bathrooms and four bedrooms which will sleep up to 9 people plus cot. Private screened, heated pool.

Our home is fully equipped to the highest standards and has it's own private screened swimming pool with optional pool heater. We also have a pool table and darts, wi-fi internet connection & nursery equipment. Local and national (USA) phone calls are free.

Facilities

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, 6'6"x6'8", so lazing in bed becomes a real pleasure after a long day at the theme parks. It also benefits from the added luxury of cable TV and patio doors that open out onto the patio and deck area that surrounds the pool. Ceiling fan. It has an en-suite bathroom containing a large Hollywood style double basin vanity unit, complete with electric points for hairdryers and shavers.

In the en-suite there is a large separate shower cubicle as well as a huge corner bath for those long bubble baths and a large walk-in closet for hanging all the new lovely clothes you are bound to spot at the local malls and designer outlets. A hairdryer is provided.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan and TV and overlooks the pool.

The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, a large wardrobe, ceiling fan and TV.

The 4th bedroom has bunk beds, large wardrobe, toy box and TV. It should be noted that the bunk bed in the villa is unlike those found in the UK. The top bed is a full size single bed with a safety rail and the base is a queen size double bed. Three people, even adults can comfortably use this room.

The second bathroom has a shower over the full sized bath, vanity unit with Hollywood style lighting, wc, and hairdryer

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All essential china, glassware and cutlery is provided as well as a toaster, coffee maker, kettle and numerous other items. In the utility room there is a large washing machine and tumble dryer, hoover, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and laundry baskets.

Although we realise that spending time in the kitchen may not be a high priority, you can rest assured that the labour saving devices in our villa will make your time in the kitchen short but sweet.

The Lounge and Dining Room are fully furnished “Floridian Style”. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and after a long day at Disney an ideal place to relax. There is a flat screen TV with digital cable with approx. 300 channels, also a VCR & DVD with a selection of films, books, games, magazines & a stereo system for listening to all those CDs you're bound to buy during your holiday. (Remember the American video & DVD format is not compatible with our system in the UK)

The Dining Room is stylishly furnished, so whether you plan a full blown dinner party, a continental breakfast or just somewhere to eat the pizza you just had delivered, take a seat and enjoy. The dining room will seat six people and a further four can be seated in the breakfast nook.

Situated at the rear of the villa is your own private, fully screened pool. The pool has a gas heater so it's possible to have the luxury of warm water all year round. ( There is an additional charge for the use of the pool heater.)

For the pool area we provide suitable tableware that will not shatter if dropped. Using these speciality items ensures that the pool area is always safe for you to use.

The pool has a large deck area and a covered patio, offering you a shady place to sit, even on the hottest days. It should also be noted that each door onto the patio is alarmed which is required by Florida State Law.

The deck area has loungers, tables and chairs.

The double garage has been turned into a games room. Here there is a pool table and electronic darts. The floor has been carpeted and there is a sofa. Also kept here are the pool toys and flotation devices.

Linen and towels are provided - but NOT beach towels. Please bring these with you.

There is a highchair, cot/playpen, buggy and baby bath. We provide fitted bottom sheets and blankets for the cot.

Further details outdoors:
For the sports enthusiasts, there are more than fifty different golf courses in the Orlando area, ranging from 9 hole par 3 courses to 18 hole championship courses.

Also free to our guests is the large outdoor community pool, tennis and basketball courts, children's' play area and jogging trail which are all situated close to our villa on Indian Point.

Pool heating is charged extra at £15 per day.

Rentals under 7 days will incur a cleaning fee of £50.

Conditions

£100 per week non-refundable deposit with booking.

£200 security deposit required, (refundable after 21 days providing no reports of damage, theft or non-return of keys reported by our management company).

Balance due 8 weeks in advance.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Beaches are about 1 hours drive either way. To the Gulf Coast in the west or the Atlantic beaches to the east. Cocoa beach, on the east coast, is the nearest and is near the Kennedy Space Centre.

Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately 2 hours drive.

The Kissimmee / Indian Point area

Disney is less than a 10 minute drive. We are approx 2 minutes drive from the 192 where you'll find a 24 hour Wal-Mart and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, take-aways and attractions.

Disney, Universal, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild, airboat rides, adventure golf, horse riding, helicopter rides, water sports, balloon rides, off roading, go karting, bowling, fun fair, indoor sky diving, light aircraft & warbird trips, eco safaris, paintball, tennis, shopping, petting farm, museums, art galleries - where do I stop? There is so much to see and do you'll have to come back next year !!

Indian Point has it's own community outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, children's play area and jogging trail for residents and guests only. There is a key in the villa.
