2nd Master Bedroom This room is on the second level and has a Queen bed with matching furnishings, cable TV, En-Suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 Situated on the lower floor, this bedroom has a queen bed with matching furnishings, cable TV and has a bathroom with walk-in shower directly accross the hall.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 Both these room are situated on the second level and share the 4th bathroom. They both have two twin beds with matching furniture, as well as cable TV.
Dining Room A formal dining room furnished with traditional table and six chairs.
kitchen Ample counter tops, cupboards and kitchen utensils, as well as fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dish washer, range cooker, microwave.
kitchen Nook Informal dining with table and four chairs. Access to pool deck through patio doors.

Pool and Deck The pool measures 14'x30 and sits in a 30'x40' sundeck. There is also a Spa attached to the pool for those relaxing nights after a tiring day at the theme parks or shopping malls, sipping a cool drink under the stars. You cant beat it!!!

Kissimmee / Emerald Isle Kissimmee area
You will only be around a five minute drive from the gates of the Walt Disney World Resort where you can visit the Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. A 20 minute drive and you can ride the movies and visit Islands of Adventure and City Walk. Also just a short drive away is Sea World with Killer Whales, Dolphins and other sea creatures as well as a roller coaster and water ride. Kennedy Space Centre is around an hour's drive. There you can learn about the history of the space programme, see the launch pads, go to the Imax theatres and much more. If your visit coincides with a shuttle launch then it will be a day you will never forget.

Mark and Hannah, We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Your villa was probably the biggest contributor. The grandchildren simply loved the pool and spa. In fact when we asked the 6 year old the best part of the vacation she said "the pool". Each day at Disney the two oldest kept saying, "Let's go back to the pool"! The baby items were a great help to us. We used all of it! Thanks for the strollers! The benefit of the directions was quite helpful especially the shortcut to Disney - Thanks! We used the game room several times, our favourite was the air hockey game. The TVs in each room was wonderful. You seem to have come up with the perfect vacation villa for those with children. Thanks for being so considerate! The management company had complimentary eggs, bread, juice, milk, butter, etc when we arrived and we thought that was wonderful. We loved the bread especially! We know this is lengthy but wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your villa and we will definitely recommend the villa to our friends.
