About the home

The Villa comes with a large lounge and sitting room with cable TV video and stereo systems, there are 4 double bedrooms one with a Queen size bed and on-suite bathroom plus there are two additional bathrooms one full and one half and a large formal dining area with patio doors leading out onto the pool deck.

There is fishing available in the lake to the rear of the property but remember its a catch um throw um back policy.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The Orlando area is famous for its theme parks which are all within a short drive of the villa at kissimmee.

The Kissimmee / Kissimmee City area

The local shopping facilities are excellent with stores, superstores,and Walmart adjacent to the villa area and the cape canaveral rocket theme park about an hour away and of course the miles of sand at cocoa beach.

We supply directions to the villa from the airports and popular car-hire depots,
Orlando International is a 15 minute drive/or 20-30 dollars in a taxi, Mainly Schedule flights.
Sanford International is a 45 minute drive about 40 miles on a toll road, Mainly Charter flights.
Tampa International is a 75 minute drive about 60 miles on the I-4/toll road, Mainly Schedule flights.
Car Hire on the airports direct are Dollar, Alamo and Hertz as the main renters of vehicles.(there are others).

We include maps so the villa is easy to find which we feel are important if you have just embarked from a long flight.
