It is also one of the "best located estates" in its proximity to all the attractions, golf courses, malls, restaurants and superstores (5 Minutes to Walmart and Highway 192) and only 10 minutes from the "Magic of Disney World".

All the major attractions are right on your doorstep Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet'n'Wild etc. being only a short drive away. Any of the coastal resorts are easily reached in approx 80 minutes. Driving from Orlando International Airport takes approximately 25 minutes and from Sanford Airport approximately 1 hour.

“fantastic and in a good position to explore the area” We have just got back from a wonderful two week stay at this villa.It's spacious and nicely decorated.The pool is a really good size and we used it everyday to cool off after a day at the parks.It's very handy having a walmart just up the road.And is in a great position to reach all the parks.We loved the privacy that the pool had.And the fact it backs on to tree's bushes ect. was nice.we watched big butterflies and birds and little lizards while in /or sitting around the pool. We loved it,the kids didn't want to leave. We did what it told us not to do on tie directions and got one of the roads mixed up so got a bit lost on the way :)
