The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida has so much to offer everyone. Ranging from the attractions in and around Orlando to the magnificent beaches of the Space Coast and the Florida Keys to the south. Florida is known as The Sunshine State and its climate ranges from an average of about 7 hours of sunshine in the Winter to around 9 hours in the Summer.
Kissimmee / Indian Point area
Walt Disney World is the number one attraction in the Orlando area. Disney World has four theme parks to entertain and delight the young and the young at heart! These include The Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Disney MGM-Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Other attractions include Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and the incredible Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Just 35 miles east of Orlando, you'll find 72 miles of pristine Atlantic beaches known as Florida's Space Coast. Along this impressive stretch of coastline, unspoiled nature preserves exist in perfect harmony with the space-age attractions of Kennedy Space Centre Visitor Complex, Port Canaveral and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame. Indian Point is a relatively new development 3 miles south of Highway192, close to all amenities "and ideal" even if you simply want to laze around your pool and let the rest of the world go by!
It is also one of the "best located estates" in its proximity to all the attractions, golf courses, malls, restaurants and superstores (5 Minutes to Walmart and Highway 192) and only 10 minutes from the "Magic of Disney World".
Indian Point is a quiet residential area built around a lake. It boasts an oversized community pool and cabana, tennis court, basketball court and children's play areas.
All the major attractions are right on your doorstep Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet'n'Wild etc. being only a short drive away. Any of the coastal resorts are easily reached in approx 80 minutes. Driving from Orlando International Airport takes approximately 25 minutes and from Sanford Airport approximately 1 hour.

Further details outdoors: A covered Lanai leads out onto the pool area. The large caged 30ft swimming pool with spa which doubles as kiddies pool is completely private being fenced off on both sides and backs onto a conservation area. The pool is fully screened and all pool furniture/loungers and towels are provided. The pool can be heated during the winter months at an extra cost.
