The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
All of the Theme Parks are within 20 miles of the Villa. Walt Disney World alone encompasses Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Numerous Water Parks and Restaurants from fast food to formal dining. Then there is Sea World, Universal Studios and not too far away in Tampa Florida is Busch Gardens. If you would like to take a day trip, you can be on either coast to spend a day on the beach.
The Kissimmee / Emerald Isle Kissimmee area
This subdivision is the closest vacation home to Walt Disney World. You will be 3 miles away from the entrance to Walt Disney, 5 from Universal and 10 from Sea World. . 192 headed North. Cape Canaveral is 45 miles away, Many malls are with in miles of the home along with restaurants and grocery stores. The Convention Centre is 15 miles from the home and the airport is about 25 miles from the home.
