Terra Verde is a gated community some 15 minutes drive from Disney World Resort and only 10 minutes from the bustling 192 Kissimmee area with it's wealth of shops and restaurants.
Peace and tranquility await you at our 3 bedroom town house, fitted with everything you may need to make your stay special. Relax in our south facing courtyard with private spa or visit the luxury community clubhouse complete with concierge service, a free form swimming pool, children's sandy play area, fitness room, sauna, games and computer room (internet access $1 per 5 min). The clubhouse and pool overlook a large fresh water lake.
Our home is fully air conditioned and is furnished to a high standard. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is included; a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, TV and DVD player (region 1 only) in the lounge (TVs in bedrooms 1 and 2), telephone (free of charge for all local calls, accepts all incoming calls), free broadband Internet connection, board games and even a pack of cards! High chair and cot available. The courtyard is equipped with ample outdoor seating . The views form here are over a wooded conservation area.

Our home has 1 master bedroom with en suite shower room and 2 twin beded rooms. There is a family bathroom complete with bath and shower.
The lounge/ dining area is complete with a double sofa bed. From this room you can gain access through sliding doors into the courtyard .
There is a downstairs cloakroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.

At the rear of the property there is a private south facing courtyard overlooking a wooded conservation area it is complete with 8 person spa and ample outdoor furniture.

Universal Studios and Sea World are not far away. Then there are the Water parks, Pitch and Put, Air boat rides, Aligator Park, Golf and lots of Outlet Mall Shopping. Lovely,clean, comfortable, home from home holiday home. Well equipped kitchen. Close to Walmart and Disney Parks. All easily accessible. Welcoming, friendly clubhouse. Very clean and well kept community. Owners very approachablecontactable. Had a lovely holiday here and would definately stay again and recommend to family and friends. We spent a week at this house and we would definitely recommend it, and we would definitely return ourselves. It is very honestly described in the listing.....very clean home, well-equipped kitchen, excellent game supply for the kids. It's only about 15 mins away from Disney Parks. Complex has a nice pool area with good facilities. The hot-tub in the back-yard is also great !!! Owners were excellent with providing information - very helpful and honest !!!! Thank-you so much - we really hope to be back !!!

I can just confirm all the excellent reviews. We spent a wonderfull time in this house and Terra Verde is an great and quite community. This place will be our choice for our next vacations in Orlando.

My family of 5 had a great stay. The town home was very clean and nicely furnished, especially the private hot tub, which was perfect after a long day at the parks. The resort pool and common areas were also well kept.

Lovely clean house with a great hot tub and superb value. Disney parks 10 mins away. Communal club house and pool which is great to meet other families. Will definately book this house again next time we go to Orlando!

The house is very quiet and central in Kissimmee - TerraVerde Resort.
It is a beautiful place for vacation with your family and to relax.
The house has everything you need for a holiday, it was very clean and comfortable.
Everything was as described.
We can only recommend this house.

This place was fantastic. It has everything you would want in home comforts and lots more. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. That saved us alot of money each day to be able to eat meals in and not have to go out. It is also a great location for Disney. It is only about 25 minutes to Disney and only involves a handful of turns. At the end of each day we thoroughly enjoyed the Hot Tub. What a relaxing way to end each day. I would totally recommend this to anyone traveling to the Orlando area.

We spent a week at this condo and it far exceeded our expectations.It was very comfortable for three adults and two children. The description provided was very accurate--loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. The gated community was a comfort and the facilities in the community were very well kept up and the kids loved the pool --easy for three year olds to play at the shallow end and they enjoyed the play area. Walmart is two minutes away and was convenient for doing our food shopping. Jo was very responsive to our questions and needs prior to our checking in. It was wonderful to have the porta-crib and to get the directions from the airport. We landed at Orlando/Sanford airport and that took about 45-60 minutes to the condo. The management folks were helpful when we checked in and when we had questions.
I would highly recommend this property to friend/family and look forward to renting again--when the children are a little older.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week Family holiday using this house as our base. I can only reitterate what the last reviewer said, and add the people and staff who manage the development couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. It was so quite we didn't even know that we had neighbours, until we actually saw their car parked next to ours!
The main Disney theme parks are only 20 minutes drive away, and having a huge Walmart as your "Local" foodstore is another real positive!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks (during June) at this great house. I would recommend it because it's in an excellent location (as described on the website) yet its set near some woods and is really peaceful to come back to after a hard day at the parks. Supermarkets (Walmart & Publix) are all close by on highway 192, as are all restaurants you might need. The resort is well maintained, the staff are friendly and the security staff on gate were particularly 'on the ball' and vigilant. The house itself was clean, spacious, airy & had all home comforts (better than home in fact!) Derek & Jo were efficient & reliable to deal with which is important when you are travelling such a long way.

This Town house is in a great loacation, on a really excellent complex and very well equipped for all your holiday needs. Close to the busy areas when you need them, but away from the chaos when you want to relax. This was the second time we have stayed here and really enjoyed.

This house was everything we expected.It was clean, well maintained and the people at the clubhouse were extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this property. The golf in the area was outstanding especially Celebration Golf Club; a must play! Thanks again Jo for allowing us to stay at your home. We will hopefully be back next year.

Awesome June 2009! The owner was accommodating and and helpful, and Unique Homes was absolutely delightful! This villa far exceeded expectations! I have stayed in several privately owned vacation homes, and this kitchen was the best furnished including plenty of dishes and stainless as well as quality utensils and cookware.

This property was ideal for our 3 week vacation! 4 adults and 2 children fittted comfortably into the villa which is bigger than the photos suggest. Villa is packed with everything you would need for a stay and imacculatly clean.
