Cumbrian Lakes is a prestigious gated community just off Poinciana Boulevard, conveniently placed only minutes away from all the local attractions and amenities, yet private secluded and peaceful. Cumbrian Lakes resort has everthing you would expect from a quality holiday location.
The resort has several lakes, fountains with walking and jogging and cycling trails.

Our home is just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, Virgin Airlines have non -stop flights to this destination.
Or you can also fly non-stop into Sanford Airport which is approximatly 1 hour from our home.
Car hire is available within each Airport, with several companys you can contact for information such as Budget ,Dollor,and National car hire.
Disney just 12 minutes
Sea World 15 minutes
Universal 15 minutes
International Drive 10 minutes
Highway 192 4 minutes

We also have 4 cable T.Vs, Play Station 2, D.V.D, C.D, Free local telephone calls.
All bedlinen and towels including beach towels are provided,along with hairdryers and radio alarm clocks.
High chair and cot are available at no extra cost. And for your peace of mind the property is fitted with pool access door alarms, removable pool screen fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and emergency lighting at exit doors.
Our home is fully Air-Conditioned throughout, and it has a spacious laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
We also have an excellent local 24-hour available British management company.

Cumbrian Lakesis a protected conservation area offering plenty of wildlife to observe; Cranes,Ospreys,Herons and Deer feature among the most prolific.
The resort has several lakes,fountains and woodland with walking, jogging and cycling areas. Children are also catered for too, there's a well-designrd recreational area with a bike and nature trail.
There are several PGA standard golf courses within close proximity, along with Horse Riding,Water Parks and Fishing.
There are too many shops to mention but the favourites are;The Designer Outlet Centres just off interstate 4.
Mall at Millennia and Florida Mall all within a short drive

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we request that there be no smoking within the property. We also respectfully request that pets not be permitted on the property.
Pool heating is offered at extra cost, although this is probably unnecessary from April to October.
Rentals of 6 nights or less will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Refundable breakage deposit will be required
