Further details outdoors: The pool deck has been extended to maximise the sunbathing area whilst the lanai, complete with ceiling fan, provides welcome shade in the heat of the day. The pool and spa have views over the lake and in the evening the underwater lighting in the pool and the illuminated fountains in the lake create a peaceful backdrop to an al fresco supper or a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. For parents' peace of mind, a safety screen separates the pool from the deck area and there are alarms fitted to all the doors leading on to the pool deck. The villa is situated in a secure gated community and has children's playground and biking/jogging trails set round 3 lakes in a quiet conservation area.
