About the home

This stunning 5 bedroom home, in the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, is situated in a quiet conservation area yet is only 15 minutes from all the excitement of Disney and the theme parks. Located on Poinciana Boulevard, Kissimmee, it is just 5 minutes from Highway 192 with its impressive array of shops, supermarkets, fine restaurants and other attractions.

If golf is your passion you have numerous courses to choose from, all within easy reach, ranging from picturesque and interesting to unforgiving and very challenging and if you fancy a day at the beach an hour will see you in Daytona or on the Gulf coast.

The pool deck has been extended to maximise the sunbathing area whilst the lanai, complete with ceiling fan, provides welcome shade in the heat of the day. The pool and spa have views over the lake and in the evening the underwater lighting in the pool and the illuminated fountains in the lake create a peaceful backdrop to an al fresco supper or a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi.
For parents' peace of mind, a safety screen separates the pool from the deck area and there are alarms fitted to all the doors leading on to the pool deck.
The villa is situated in a secure gated community and has children's playground and biking/jogging trails set round 3 lakes in a quiet conservation area.
