Welcome to our brand new 5 bed/5 bath luxury villa located within the 5 star gated community of Windsor Hills Resort and only 5 minutes from the magic of Walt Disney.

Windsor Hills Resort, regarded as the number one holiday spot in Orlando, is the closest gated community to Disney making this luxury Florida villa the ideal base for your vacation.

Decorated to a platinum package by our fantastic interior designer, our Windsor Hills villa offers you chic and sumptuous accommodation, a private pool/spa and screened lanai.

We appreciate that there are a lot of lovely villas to choose from but we truly believe that our special place has it all.  So go on, let our stunning Windsor Hills Villa be your little bit of paradise!

Our beautiful villa was ready to rent as of April 2010 and we have had a fabulous first year! We are receiving rave reviews and already getting repeat bookings which is just fantastic. We aim to give our guests not only the very best in sheer luxury but also fantastic customer service. Here's what we have to offer....

BEDROOMS:

The villa has 5 fantastic bedrooms each one gorgeous and individual within it's own right. For the adults, we have two Master Bedrooms and a Queen. Master one is decorated in beautiful blacks, creams & gold. Master two has tones of mocha, creams & golds, complete opulence for the discerning guest!

Our chic and indulgent Queen offers it's guest contemporary black & silver with a splash of hot pink. A real delight for any guest to fight over!

For the children, why leave it all at Disney? Bring the magic back home with our two wonderful themed bedrooms!

A local artist has painted fantastic murals on the walls for the themed rooms bringing a real sense of adventure to both rooms. With Toy Story 3 released in June 2010, come and stay with Mr and Mrs Potato Head who have been taking it easy after a hectic filming schedule. Just along the hall, Mickey and the gang await you in their fabulous secret hideaway. Even the big girls and boys amongst you will love these rooms!

LOUNGE:
In the lounge, we have chosen beautiful burnt oranges, creams and golds to give the home a sumptuous yet homely feel. We want you to be able to relax... For your entertainment, we have included a 50" screen with over 200 cable channels for you to watch, an X box/DVD player. Gorgeous, comfortable seating awaits you!

KITCHEN:
Our modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. You will have a large style fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee machine, ranger cooker and all the crockery and utensils you will need. We will provide a welcome basket for your stay providing you with all the necessary things to help get your holiday off to a flying start. Who wants to arrive and find there's no essentials?

BATHROOMS:
No more waiting for the bathroom! We have a beautiful one for each and every room. For your comfort and convenience, we have included 6 luxury adult dressing gowns for you to wear either inside or outside whilst lounging by your very own private pool. The bathrooms have been tastefully decorated to compliment each bedroom they adjoin to. How wonderful not to have to share your bathroom on holiday!

HEATED POOL/SPA
Make a splash at the end of your day in our fantastic heated pool and very own spa. Unwind with a book or join the kids in the pool. The choice is yours! Have peace of mind and know that for children's safety, all doors and windows leading out to the pool area are alarmed. There is also a safety fence situated around the pool.

GAMES ROOM:
The villa comes complete with your very own games room. Enjoy pool or table tennis or have a game on the Wii, a must for all kids, even the big ones among you! A 42" flat screen is also provided for your entertainment along with an X box.

AND THE LITTLE EXTRAS
High chair, cot and buggy can all be hired through our management company. BBQ's can also be rented.

Further details outdoors:
Relax and unwind by our glorious heated pool and spa. Spend your day lazing around the pool or have a splash at the end of a busy day's golf or visit to a theme park. High fencing surrounds the rear of the property where the pool is located. Safety fence around pool. Alarm on patio doors leading out to pool to add to your peace of mind.

The resort itself has many amenities to keep you busy.
