About the home

A beautiful well furnished Condo with a small seldom used swimming pool (illustrated) less than 100 feet from front door. This is a much larger pool, at clubhouse very close by, as well as air conditioned fitnees suite, tennis courts, games room and much more. This 3 bed 2 bath Condo itself has a jacuzzi bath in main en-suite and is in a central location in Venetian bay Villages (see map below last picture, and look for block 45).

Enjoy 250 channel TV on a 48i nch TV in living room or smaller TVs in bedrooms or log onto desktop computer supplied which has free broadband (also WIFI) to keep you in touch with back home (or work!!!).

The Condo has usual top standards for a great holiday with everything to make a stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen has cooking utensials to make meals should you decide to eat in. There is a large 48 inch TV in living room and 2 smaller TVs in bedrooms. With 250 channels to select from cable TV there should be no problem finding something worthwhile to watch. Broadband with WIFI is wired into Condo so you can communicate with friends back home. You do not even need to bring a laptop as a desktop computer linked to Internet is in place. (Cable TV and broadband is included in very competive weekly price) .

Venetian bay villages has a fitness centre, movie screen, tennis courts, baseball court, Volleyball court, car wash facilities, chidren's play area, in additon to 4 swimming pools. It really is a well kept development and one feels a lot safer knowing there is 24 hour securtiy on this gated community.

The living room has a double bed settee and should this be required bedding is available. The en-suite master bedroom is on ground floor so very suitable for those unable to climb stairs. (It has a King size bed so room for a wheel chair is limited).

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The Sunshine state with sun all the year around. Winter months are ideal for those who prefer it warm without being exceptionlly hot.

The Kissimmee / Venetian Bay Villages area

Disney is the biggest attraction being only 6 to 7 miles away. A car is still highly desirable as it is in most places in USA as public transport is not what it is in places like UK. Day trips to Gulf of Mexico or Cape Carniville (may be lucky enough to see launch of space rocket) are all within a days drive. Kissimmee itself is a holiday town and there are loads of places to eat out, with great places of entertainment eg 'go-karts' which children can enjoy without going to Disney.
