Home description

Welcome to our home from home in the prestigous resort of Windsor Palms. Our home offers a relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of your own home. The accommodation is a king size bed with en-suite in the master bedroom with cable tv/dvd, a queen size bed in the second bedroom with cable tv/dvd/vcr and two single beds with cable tv/dvd in the third bedroom. There is a further cable tv/dvd/vcr in the lounge along with a game cube and stereo. We also have a crib (with bedding) and high chair available in our condo at no extra charge (should you require one). You can enoy your own washer and dryer, along with ironing board and iron in the privacy of this condo. Linen and bedding is provided along with towels - you just need to bring your own beach towels. Relax in the lounge and enjoy wastching the tv with dvd/vcr attached or simply listen to music whilst relaxing on your own screened balcony. All rooms also have ceiling fans. We have also installed the internet for you to use, should you wish although we must point out it is DSL and not wireless.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Windsor Palms is a 5* luxury resort. It is a 24hr manned gatehouse community offering safe and secure environment to vacate in. It can be found west of the I4 and near the 192 at the Formosa Gardens junction near markers 4 and 5.

There is a wide choice of activities to undertake in Florida, most of them are within a short drive from Windsor Palms. There are the Disney Resort Parks of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studies all within a 5-10 minutes drive. There are also the two Disney Water Parks of Typhoon Lygoon and Blizzard Beach close by too. Slightly further afield, within 10-15 minutes drive, you can find Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure along with City Walk (excellent night clubs), Wet N'Wild Water park and various shoping outlets including The Florida Mall and various shopping outlets on International Drive. For the golfers, there are a few golf courses within easy reach including Mystic Dunes (opposite Windsor Palms), Disney Golf Clubs, Celebration and Kissimme Golf.

There is an abundance of excellent restaurants close by including Outback Steakhouse, Sizzler, TGI Fridays to name a few.

Sanford Airport is roughly a 40 minute and Orlando International is roughly a 25 minute drive from Windsor Palms.

Many airlines fly into Orlando International - Travelcity Direct fly into Sanford.
