Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of your own home away from home in our beautiful new townhome in a dream location, close to the theme parks and the attractions of Orlando and Central Florida. Our home is clean, comfortable and just where you need to be after a long day at the theme parks! The bedrooms are large and airey and all have cable TV's and DVD/CD players. All rooms have ceiling fans and whole house is air conditioned to keep you cool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the labour saving devices you need to make sure your rested for the next day. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath which is a must to sooth those tired legs.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida has all of these things, from its magical amusement parks to its miles of pristine sands, from its vibrant cities to its sprawling national parks. In the Sunshine State, you can always find the landscape that suits you. Driving distance to the Theme Parks, Disney is approximately 12 minutes drive, SeaWorld approximately 20 minutes and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure approximately 30 minutes. Kennedy Space Centre and the East coast are approximately 1 hours drive away.
Kissimmee / Venetian Bay Villages area
Perfect location, in the heart of Kissimmee, Orlando's biggest Wal-Mart is half a mile away, open 24 hours. Very close to 192 highway with many restaurants around, and close to all outlets for your shopping convenience. Other attractions nearby include airboat rides, sky diving, adventure mini golf, dinner shows and excellent golf courses to choose from. Kissimmee still has its hometown sentiment and cow-town origins. Cattle auctions and rodeos, in fact, are still a way of life in the historic downtown area. Horseback riding, a petting farm and a folksy historic park gauge the low-key temperament here, although themed family resorts, water parks and other such hyper activity centres share the turf. The historic downtown districts feature walking tours, antique shops, shopping, dining, or sightseeing.

Further details indoors: Our comfortable living room includes a sleeper sofa with cable TVand also a VCR & DVD. The master bedroom includes a king bed, bath/shower/Jacuzzi tub, and cable TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, large refriderator/freezer and all utensils. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. In the dining area there is an elegant glass table, four comfortable chairs, and two high stools. . Upstairs there are two bedrooms one queen size bed with cableTV/DVD/CD and one twin with cableTV/DVD/CD, and a full bathroom/shower and a vanity suite. All linen is supplied for your convenience. We keep golf clubs and tennis rackets available to use. There are 2 folding chairs for use outside.
Further details outdoors: Facilities complimentary when renting include 1 main pool heated throught the year, 3 small pools, adjacent to the main pool there is a clubhouse including a TV room, library, business centre, and a fully-equipped fitness room. A Wi-Fi wireless LAN covers both the clubhouse and main pool areas. Additional amenities include secure play areas for the younger children, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a lake with picnic and barbecue facilities ,a small movie theatre and a games room with pool table and electronic games.

We spent a very enjoyable two weeks middle to late oct 2006 in this property. The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean and central to the theme parks. There are countless places you can eat out and great value for money as a family of four we could eat as much as we could for no more than $50. We had a great time and was more than impressed with the accommodation, it was clean, fresh and even though it looks really really nice on the website, the pictures still dont do it justice.
