About the home
Kitchen- The kitchen is fully-equipped ready to meet your needs. American style fridge/freezer,electric oven,microwave,dishwasher,kettle,coffeemaker etc, Full set of crockery,cutlery and utensils. A true home from home.
Master Bedroom-This is the prefect master bedroom, it's relaxing and if you come back from a long day out at the park you can just lay down on queen sized bed, watch some T.V. or put in a DVD. Apart from the flat screen T.V. and the queen sized bed there is also an en-suite bathroom, a large mirrored dresser, and a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 -Tastefully decorated and contains a double bed, drawer units, TV and walk in closets .
Bedroom 3- Geared in mind for the younger ones. Features two twin beds, a set of drawers and walk in closet.
Breakfast Dining Area- Located in the front of the house next to the bay window.
Main Dining Area- Slightly more formal ,situated between kitchen and lounge. Area features decorative light
with the table accommodating 6 people comfortably.
Lounge- Contains sofas which one can convert to a sleeper. Coffee table and entertainment centre with a
wall mounted TV to enjoy those live EPL games.
Patio Area- Situated at rear of house, completely enclosed screened area. Ideal for sun bathers with
the patio furniturings

House is located within the Fiesta Key gated resort. The clubhouse has a exercise room, tennis courts and
a large heated outdoor pool. Also inside the clubhouse there is a kitchen area and sitting area. A large children's playground and a jogging trail. The trail itself extends around the outside of the resort behind most of the properties and the lakes.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

One of those seasons is hot and rainy, lasting from the break of June until late September (roughly coinciding with the Atlantic hurricane season). Nearest Airport is Orlando International (MCO) which is approximately 20 -30 minutes drive. Sanford airport is 35 minutes from the resort. Car hire is very much recommended and reasonably priced compared to Europe.
Suggest booking the car while booking the flight. As the airline can sometimes offer a discount.
