The cottage is in one of Oxfordshire's most attractive viilages - an ideal base for visiting Oxford, London, the Cotswolds, Bath and Stratford-on-Avon. There are delightful country walks and cycle rides in the surrounding countryside. There is an excellent pub serving good food, and a village shop.
There is off-road parking for one car and free roadside parking beside the quiet green. The walled private garden is ideal for children to play safely - with a patio, table and chairs and a barbecue.

The living room has oak beams and an open fireplace. A separate dining room has a round table that can seat five people. The kitchen is well-equipped, with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, which can sleep five people: one room with twin single beds, one room with a double bed, and the third with a single bed. There are two recently modernised bathrooms, one is en-suite to the double room.

The cottage faces one of the village's green. At the rear is a small secluded walled garden, with a patio, table and chairs and a barbecue.

From £395/week (low season) to £695 (high season). Heating costs are included, as is free wireless Internet. All linen is provided, and the cottage is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and all standard kitchen items. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. Lots of information is provided on local attractions.
Conditions
Changeover day is Saturday, with arrival at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am.

Kirtlington is a lovely old stone village. It's centrally located, and an ideal base for trips to Oxford, London, Bath and Stratford-on-Avon. The countryside around the village abounds in walks and cycle rides. The ancient village church has Norman and Saxon features. Nearby Woodstock is famous for Blenhein Palace, where Winston Churchill was born. Kirtlington is on the edge of the Cotswolds, one of the most beautiful areas of England.

Rose Cottage is located just off the A4095, which runs through the village of Kirtlington. It is approximately eight miles north of Oxford. The M40 motorway is 10 minutes away, and Bicester (with an outlet village) and Woodstock (with Blenheim Palace) are about 15 minutes away.

However if you are booking within 8 weeks of your stay, we require the full cost of the holiday to be paid, along with the £100 refundable damage deposit in order to secure your booking.
