Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking to front of property, roadside parking also available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Although entirely on the ground floor, kitchen is accessed by two steps. Note: The owners live on the first floor. There is a staircase in the property, with a door which remains locked while the house is occupied, and the owners use a separate staircase at the rear of the property.
