Lawned garden with garden furniture, BBQ and trampoline (suitable up to 16 stone and at own risk). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

The town itself is well known as the home to a number of annual events, including a Fell Race and a Country Fair, as well as a Village Fair with children's sports and famous cakes. Visitors can also enjoy fabulous views over the Lakeland Fells, Ingleborough and Morecambe Bay throughout the year. Hutton Roof Crags Nature Reserve is also within easy driving distance and offers visitors the chance to explore one of the most impressive areas of limestone habitat in Britain, as well as being able to enjoy the wide variety of butterflies, birds and plant life. The ancient market town of Kirkby Lonsdale is an attractive settlement, packed with 17th and 18th Century architecture and the famous Devil's Bridge.
